The location is great and breakfast options are pretty good. The rooms are also a good size, and the cleaning staff are great.
The rooms felt a bit outdated and musty. The elevators were also incredibly slow.
It was close to fringe shows and the gentle man at the front desk made me feel welcome

They advertised parking - there was none on site. An extra $30 to park in a dingy, very old, I did not feel safe, Wilson car park behind which was difficult with suitcases and other gear.
No pull up car zone. All street parking was paid and no parking clearway 7.30-9am which was when I needed to check out.
They advertised bar - there was none.
There is cafe downstairs only open for breakfast.
Rooftop garden was not accessible as there was a function on.
Lighting in bathroom is ambient - extremely poor for contact lenses wearers and applying makeup. A fluorescent strip above the mirror is needed
Clean, spacious, every other facility great.
We couldn't find the aircon so a little frustrated there was either no aircon or it wasn't easily found.
The hotel is well located close to Rundle Street. Parking is convenient with a carpark across the lane at the back of the hotel. Comfortable, well thought out to service the customers needs, in regard to the mini bar, bathroom products.

Breakfast was very good, great location if you want to be in central Adelaide. Very please with location also to link up with rental car next day, walked to pick up.

We stayed in a suite, lovely spacious rooms with a great view.
