Pros:

Staff, locations and room are good

Cons:

Need to pay for parking.
Breakfast is not familiar to me and my team. Next time, I will not include breakfast. Or, the hotel can be great if they serve more asia foods.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff accomodating to requests.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. The location was excellent and beds super comfortable.

Cons:

Checking in and out was a bit slow but everything done thoroughly. Really nothing to complain about.

Great spot for Gather Round, excellent location with plenty of restaurants and bars around.

We choose to stay here due to location, security
Pros:

Good size room and large bathroom. Liked the balcony and bath in out room . Close to Rundle street for Dinning and shopping. First room had smell and they shifted our room , but this smell due to block in the streets not the hotel.

Disappointing
Pros:

Very comfortable room, as expected from a hotel with a good reputation. the location around the corner from Rundel Street an asset. Breakfast was available, this was not used so no comment can be made.

Cons:

A hotel that advertises a roof garden, restaurant and bar, then closes all without so much as informing expected guest. Not good PR.
