Comfortable, spacious and convenient
Pros:

Great location - close to everything in the city. Car parking was close to the hotel and easy to access. We also had breakfast and that was very good. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed.

Cons:

We thought the rooftop garden would be open - we could access it but there was no-one there and no bar. In hindsight we probably should have just taken our wine up there!

Comfortable hotel with restaurant in quiet location.
Pros:

Nice quiet part of CBD. The breakfast was very good. The room and bathroom was quite spacious.

Cons:

Only 2 coffee pods provided although I got more when I asked for them.

Location was great. Breakfast menu had lots to chose from and the staff happily tweaked a couple of things on the menu to suit my wishes

Cons:

Every day we had issues with the water temperature in the shower and bath.
It was an inconvenience to have to leave the water running for 10 mins, if not longer sometimes, before it heated up. My first night there I was looking forward to a bath I turned the hot water on only to find when I checked that it had filled the bath with cold water and I had to let it all out. After waiting ages for the water to heat up in the shower I started to wash my hair only to hear a change in pressure before the water suddenly went cold resulting in me having to finish my shower in cold water to wash the rest of the shampoo out. We reported this to reception and she said she would make a report for it to get checked.

It was fantastic
Pros:

The suite was immaculate, and everything was wonderful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the spa was great. The staff were very friendly

We didn't get the chance to make it up to the rooftop garden as it was closed

Great value for money, lovely rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast
Pros:

Convenient location, lovely room, breakfast included in package, very attentive staff at reception and in restaurant.

Cons:

A little noisy on first floor, could hear late night revellers and then early morning traffic, didn’t worry us too much on this occasion as we were leaving early, however would consider higher floor if visiting in the future.

Not enough tea bags or sugar sachets - felt silly ringing the desk for these small inexpensive things. Just put more in the room to start with!
