Very comfortable stay at the heart of Adelaide.
Pros:

Location at the heart of Adelaide and only a few minutes’ walk from the Botanic Gardens. Quiet throughout the night and very comfortable room.

had breakfast there, but just once, as the lady in charge was rather unwelcoming, not responsive and the fried eggs easy over were overcooked to the limit and very greasy.

Pleasant hotel in good location. Expensive parking!
Pros:

The location is great and very convenient for the city. Lovely big room and spacious bathroom with bath tub and separate shower.

Cons:

The roof top terrace was advertise as open until 11pm but was closed when we headed up there at 10am and didn't look like it had been open at all - which was a bit disappointing.
I had parked in the Bent St carpark prior to checking in, and the parking ticket they gave me at reception didn't work. I ended up being charged $65 dollars for 1 night's parking to get out the carpark. Make sure you check in prior to parking!
