We really enjoyed this hotel as a great couples trip. We stopped in town for 2 nights and were conveniently upgraded at check in! Great closet space to hang up coats, comfortable bed and pillows, and amazing A/C. The area was quiet on a Sun-Tues and we enjoyed the in-hotel bar in the evening one of the nights - their espresso martini and amaretto sour were SO good. Through booking with Expedia we got a VIP treat of a free glass of Prosecco each on our first night. Would highly recommend for anyone stopping in town for a couple nights and super walkable - only a couple blocks off Vrijthof Square with lots of bars, restaurants and grocers to stop at.

This was a beautiful hotel with stunning architecture. The staff were very kind and responsive and the rooms were clean and tidy. It's very close to all the major streets and shopping and dining and easily walkable. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Het is een statig en indrukwekkend pand wat veel sfeer heeft. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Gezien de prijs en het aantal sterren had ik wel meer luxe verwacht.
Het ontbijt sla ik de volgende keer zeker over, te duur voor het gebodene.

- Tolle Lage und wirklich schönes Gebäude

Negativ:
- wir hatten die Juniorsuite gebucht, an sich ein schönes Zimmer, allerdings war es unmöglich eine angenehme Raumtemperatur zu erzeugen
- bedingt durch die einfachverglasten Fenster hört man leider jedes Fahrzeug der angrenzenden Straße
- unser Zimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss zum angrenzenden Garten. Der Garten wird von den Mitarbeitern als Pausenraum genutzt, was bedeutet, dass direkt vor dem Fenster eine große Gruppe Menschen lautstark zusammensaß und direkt in unser Zimmer schaute. Absolutes no Go im Bezug auf Privatsphäre.
- Personal an der Rezeption unfreundlich und arrogant, nach unserer Anmerkung bezüglich der nicht vorhandenen Privatsphäre wurden wir eher belächelnd

Pros:

Prachtig hotel, allervriendelijkst personeel, mooie locatie in de stad. Een paar dingen; douche kop was vies waardoor er weinig water uit de douche kwam. Bijna geen druk dus shampoo uitspoelen duurde eindeloos. Verder mag er van tevoren best worden gemeld dat een kamer geen ramen heeft. We vonden dit erg vervelend. Als je dergelijke prijzen hanteert mag daar wel iets tegenover staan, zeker een kamer met raam!

We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in het Kruisherenhotel, het hotel is een ervaring op zichzelf met een prachtige ambience en architectuur dat oud en nieuw combineert. We hebben ook er genoten van de mooie kunst die in het hotel aanwezig is en onze kamer was zeer ruimtelijk en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik vind het ook heel goed dat het hotel ook lokale Limburgse streekproducten aanbiedt wat de ervaring zeer authentieke maakt. Ik zou ook absoluut aanbevelen om het ontbijt te boeken, aangezien dit een hele speciale ervaring is met een prachtig uitzicht. Het personeel is ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.
