Tiene gran potencial, muy lindo lugar.
Pros:

El hotel tiene mucho potencial. El viñedo es hermoso, recomiendo hospedarse en las cabañas el concepto es mucho mejor que el edificio principal. Al momento de mi visita carece de algunos detalles que deberían proporcionar al ser de esta categoría, deben mejorar:
Suministro suficiente de agua y de agua caliente en especial.
Desmanchar las toallas.
La regadera no es funcional, es muy ahorradora de agua.
Que las amenidades ya estén en la habitación cuando los huéspedes lleguemos y no enviar los básicos como agua, papel higiénico, toallas y batas hasta que el huésped logra comunicarse con alguien.
En recepción necesitan capacitación y que haya alguien 24 horas.
Aún no están en en el mejor punto, por lo que creo que el precio es superior a lo que ofrecen incluso sus actividades adicionales, como la fogata es muy linda pero algo le falta… el ponche vino es un deleite me encantó. Quizá incluir alguna actividad en la tarifa, espero volver al lugar y haya muchas mejoras por el mismo precio ya que es cuestión de atender los pormenores.
Lo muy rescatable es la atención de Andrés el mesero y de la chef, el lugar es muy bello, las cabañas son lo mejor, la arquitectura muy agradable.
La comida del desayuno fue muy buena, las mermeladas caseras y pan recién horneado son un gran plus.

El lugar es muy amplio por lo que se puede mantener la sana distamcia todo el tiempo. Ideal para relajarse y desconectarse de todo con una buena copq de vino.
La atención y la limpieza son excepcionales.

Pros:

The Hotel itself is (brand)new, nicely built. Only the area is in our opinion poor.
There was no service (kitchen, restaurant, minibar) and we had to go out for dinner on a Sunday night. The receptionist offered to order a take-out to be delivered, but we preferred to go out and followed the recommendation of the receptionist.
No breakfast service available either.
We used the jacuzzi, but the pump stopped working after 1/2 hour and did not start again, TV respectively the cable service did not work.
I believe the Hotel has a great potential, right now it is offering the basics only. Rather disappointing!
