Not a five star hotel
Pros:

Hotel states it’s five star but I can say it’s far from that.
Staff hardly speak English, breakfast very average dried looking pines and flies.
Bins in the ladies toilets are all rusty and the knobs on door hanging off.
This is no way a 5* hotel peeling old wallpaper in halls dark and dingy.
Needs a proper refurb

Great visit and great staff!
Pros:

The hotel, service and staff are brilliant from start to finish. Cannot recommend it highly enough. A special mention to Arvelo, Jucelia, Danny G and Abraham who provided exceptional service during our full stay.

This is our third trip here and we will definitely be back!

The hotel is over ranked, not a 5 stars at all and our stay was not up to our satisfaction
Pros:

The location and the sea view it got.

Cons:

Old fashioned, not worth to be 5 stars, the service is very poor. Not friendly. The suite we booked was not clean smelled moisture as if it’s closed for very long time.
The meals were expensive. Poor room service, I asked for the iron they brought a rusted and old ironing board full of holes. Some area of the hotel smells sewers odor and fish odor everywhere mixed with the ambiance perfume they spread, you can imagine the odor. The staff who welcomed us was not friendly, when we wanted to confirm the view of our suite he said ah you have a room with garden view(highway) however we have booked a suite with sea view, after our objection the stuff changed his position saying it was a mistake and there was another person with same name booking a room. Knowing that it’s not true because my name is a foreign rare name but Even though the suite that has been offered doesn’t have a real sea view was located in the ground floor unlike what was shown in Booking. Lack of honesty !
Also, we are surprised that we have paid the total amount of our stay at the checking, in other countries / facilities we only provide the card as a guarantee but the payment happens during the check out. Y

Great hotel made excellent by the staff who run it!
Pros:

The staff cannot do enough for you, very attentive and happy! Breakfast was superb and the evening buffet dinner was exceptional!

Gyönyörű, klasszikus szálloda csodás és tiszta környezetben, de a szennyvíz szag elviselhetetlen.
Pros:

csodálatos környezetben volt a szálloda. Lenyűgöző volt a növényzet. Szép kilátás volt a lakosztályunkból.
Finom, választékos volt a reggeli.

Cons:

Amikor megmutatták a foglalt lakosztály borzasztó szennyvíz szag fogadott minket, ami elviselhetetlen volt, ezért kértünk másik szobát. Ezt készségesen megtették kaptunk másik lakosztály, de a 2. napon a 4. Emeleti lakosztályában is kezdett érződni a szennyvíz szag. Ezt a folyosón is lehetett érezni 415 számú szobáktól már érződött az elviselhetetlen bűz. Illetve a reggeliző étterem mosdójában lent is ugyanezt a szagot éreztük sajnos!!!!

Pros:

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Pool area great with good sun loungers.
Only downside was birds in the dining room and were pecking at buffet food which was off putting. Not enough done to deter this happening

Pros:

Beachfront property, excellent location! Breakfast was good too. I really enjoyed the facilities and the treatments in the spa. The indoor pool was amazing! I stayed in the junior suite with sea view and so had a gorgeous view!

Cons:

Cleanliness wasn’t up to 5-star standard. This is a dated property with many facilities needing an upgrade. There is a stench, sort of like sewer mixed with mold, in certain places including the rooms. No lifeguards at the beach.

Pros:

The property is located right next to the beach.
It’s typical Spanish style throughout
Immaculately clean
Large room & very large comfortable bed
Bars , buffet restaurants & themed restaurants with plenty of food choices available
Entertainment each evening
All of the staff were excellent especially Manuel, Julia & Luma!!!
