Cons:

Spa Bereich wird zusaetzlich mit 20.-- berechnet. das ist fuer 5 Sterne nicht ueblich.
Fruehstueck war ok, aber auch nicht mehr.
bei 5 Sterne bin ich es gewohnt, dass ein PC und Drucker fuer die Gaeste zur Verfuegung steht.

Need a car as too far away from main town
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was very good, you could get omelettes freshly made
The room was very big and cleaned daily
Didn’t use outdoor pool s too cold, did use indoor pool

Cons:

Most evenings buffet was not hot, only way to get hot was to go to chef area, he was fantastic, cooked meat freshly each time
Indoor pool floor was broken which was dangerous, staff were aware but nothing was done

Not a 5* hotel anymore.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The hotel needs updating, maybe 20 years ago was a very luxurious hotel but not now. Cracked floor tiles in the bathroom pealing wall paper old fashioned room furniture, flaking paint, dirty public areas, water dripping on to our veranda from the above floor that made it unusable

Nos robaron en la habitación.
Cons:

Solo teníamos una noche no necesitamos servicio de habitaciones, entraron dos veces en la habitación estando nosotros dentro.
Dejamos la habitación antes de las 11:00 y cuando llegamos a casa y des haciendo el equipaje nos habían robado 805 € de la cartera de mi pareja.

Séjour agréable en bord de mer
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la chambre qui est grande et la terrasse avec la vue sur la mer. Le personnel toujours souriant et gentil. Les buffets sont variés et le personnel nous laisse toujours le temps de manger tranquillement sans nous presser à la fin du service.
Le chanteur du mercredi soir est super!
Les piscines sont agréables. Le SPA est un lieu calme et propice à la détente. Nous avons payé un supplément pour y accéder pour 2h environ. Il y a des douches sensorielles, des hammams, des saunas, un très grand jacuzzi, un bain d'eau plus froide, un bain avec un petit courant. Les massages sont bien aussi. Il faut réserver son créneau ce qui permet de ne pas avoir trop de monde.
Enfin, le fait que l'autoroute 4 voies se trouve devant l'hotel ne gêne absolument pas. Nous ne l'entendons pas du tout une fois entrés dans l'hotel. Nous n'entendions que le bruit mélodieux des vagues!! Étonnant mais vrai!!
Si vous aimez l'ambiance et la fête Puerto banus et Marbella ville sont à 20 minutes de l'hôtel en voiture.

Cons:

Nous aimons, pour notre dos un lit plus ferme! L'insonorisation par rapport aux chambres et aux couloirs d'à côté est un peu limitée.

We had a really comfortable and memorable stay and I would definitely recommend
Pros:

Lovely pool area with attractive planting and the sound of bird song. Easy to get to the sea and a flat walk along the promenade towards Estepona. Our room was very comfortable with a gorgeous view.

Cons:

Nothing really although the plastic plants around indoor pool/breakfast area were not really in keeping with the property.

I’d stay again
Pros:

Spacious rooms, comfy beds, beautiful views.

Cons:

I was told beforehand it was tired, but alternatives were fully booked, so I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. It’s amazing value for money.
The room are spacious uncomfortable, the breakfast was very good. We didn’t use the spa so I can’t comment, but we did hire bikes and ride into Estepona, which was incredibly enjoyable and necessary because it’s a bit of a long walk.

Pros:

The location - close to the beach. The pools seemed nice. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Our room was on the first floor, there were a lot of mosquitoes and ants. The room smell very unpleasant and there was a mold on the walls.
