Overall the food was yummy and the staff nice, just the cleaning could have been improved.
Pros:

So the breakfast is wonderful, the thing that could be improved is them cleaning the room when requested we stayed 5 days, while the replaced blankets or towels not once was our room cleaned.

Cons:

Us having our room cleaned every other day.

Easy and convenient hotel in Murrieta
Pros:

The older woman who checked me in was absolutely wonderful! She made sure I was recognized for my Rewards membership, and arranged for me to check into an available room early. The Rewards membership also allowed me to check out late. There were a few small issues in the room such as a burn in the upholstered chair and rust in the shower, but overall it was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of eggs, bacon, cereals and breads. While the breakfast room was rather small, there was a table for everyone who came while I was there. It is in an easy place to find - right off the freeway and there was lots of parking. The prices at the hotel were very fair.

The entire staff was excellent!!
Pros:

The staff was excellent from the front desk employees to the persons that cleaned the rooms to the person that served the breakfast.

Cons:

The food selection. It was the same thing day after day. There was no sugar free syrup. For two days there were no bananas.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose your hotel in the future.
Pros:

David at the front desk was exceptional. He treated us like we were friends and made us happy we chose Comfort Inns. He even helped me join the club to save money in the future. Great job!

Great facility and great service, rooms were clean. However biggest let down was the hot tub closed during a rainy night and also an indoor pool that is not heated. Huge let down for my wife and 1 daughters as that is why we booked and no mention of this when booking.
