Pros:

They allowed my parents to check in early and they were able to stay close to our room even though we had separate bookings.

Cons:

The breakfast hours arent flexible enough, the outlets didnt work my charger kept falling out of them.

We are very disappointed in the result of our stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Honestly, pretty much nothing.

Cons:

Everything. We stayed here while celebrating our anniversary and had much higher expectations based on the online representation of the hotel. The overall Cleanliness, beds were horribly uncomfortable, carpets felt sticky under our feet, the entire room stank from stale smoked cigarettes IN THE ROOM and also coming from the A/C unit. The second night of our stay, some kind of car club gathering in the adjacent parking lot of the 24HR FITNESS kept us up until well after midnight with revving engines repeatedly for hours; multiple at a time, HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE AND CARS. It was so loud that we couldn’t hear the television in our own room! We notified the front desk and were told that “Yeah, they’ve done that before.” We paid OVER $700.00 for a mediocre (at BEST) hotel room that SHOULD HAVE been advertised as nothing more than a highway side motel. Poor experience, to say the least. I have paid less for much better quality and cleanliness.

Way over priced.
Pros:

The costumer service is great! Nothing to complain there.

Cons:

The rooms seem very outdated. We had a non smoking room but smelled like smoke. The breakfast was basic nothing out of the ordinary not to good. The WiFi was absolutely awful no service at all! The hot tub wasn’t working either. I won’t be coming back.

This hotel is overrated and if you can afford a few more dollars, stay somewhere else.
Pros:

The hotel was budget friendly, but I would have spent a bit more knowing that this property was/is worn and showing it's age.

Cons:

With the property being so close to the freeway, it was quiet noisy over all. We got a room on the back of the hotel which reduced the freeway noise, but common noise - talking - from other guests made our stay uncomfortable. The wall are not sound deadening. The maintenance of the room/hotel is sub-par. The sink drain stop was inoperable because the faucet was installed so close to the trim around the sink, you couldn't pull the stopper rod up. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows are those half size which I think are lousy.
