Restaurant service seems a little slow and confused but otherwise all good. Staff friendly and helpful

Check in process was very disappointing

The location was great and easy to find . Everything was very clean . The cooked meal we had was lovely .

Great property to stay in easy drive to the shopping mall for fantastic food . Hotel was relaxed and quiet and the food was good , a little expensive for breakfast , our first stay the staff were excellent and this our stay a week later the staff was not so friendly . The guys at the gate were excellent and always very friendly , safe place to stay

This is my 3rd stay at CL Katherine. I always find the staff very friendly & professional.

Rooms were a great size with all the ammenities. Very clean and comfortable beds. Great value for money

I got into the room and there was no bottled water. I went down stairs to reception and I was informed I can buy bottled water or use the complimentary water down stairs. Two bottles of drinking water in a room is a standard and I wonder why this hotel does not provide drinking water in the room. It was an inconvenience to have to walk to the receiption from room 211 to get drinking water from down stairs. Teaspoons were also not in my room. The go away coffee was nice.

No one to help with luggages especially in the stairs.

Pre-COVID the hotel always did some small, tasty bar snacks for supper. These have been discontinued or reduced in scope. They now do not match pre-COVID snacks. Great pity. The old snacks were competitively priced, and I'm sure cost effective for you. You need to rethink this because I shall probably have to stay elsewhere in future.

My stay was fantastic, the room very clean each day, the staff very friendly.

Staff and cleanliness

I have stayed here numerous times in the past but I can see that levels of service have dipped drastically. even though we had pre-booked and paid the reception took ages to check us in, gave us the wrong room (double bed instead of 2 twin beds). Our bathroom had black mould on the ceiling and in the shower. The TV played only SABC, ETv and a couple sports and news channels and 2 african channels, so no DSTV. The worst was when we ordered room service and were told to come and collect our food at reception, then spent 15 minutes waiting whilst the waitrons tried to get our bill right, we got 3 bills all incorrect. The food order was also not correct but we let it go because we had just reached our fed up point. The whole 2 days there we did not see 1 manager on duty. i will not be staying here again.

My stay was great,the staff very friendly and helpful, efficient service, breakfast was good.my room was nice apart from not having a fridge.

The hotel staff are friendly and make one's stay more comfortable.

I loved the food. Very clean lodge, staff are friendly. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Met all expectations.

Stayed for 2 nights. Everything was good except the Wifi. Complained about it several times and they said that they were fixing in but never got any better. Was on and off the whole time we were there. Very disappointing since I was banking on the fact that I would be able to get some urgent business done.

Great for Business travel, close to Central Sandton and has all the necessary amenities.
