This hotel has been a longtime favourite. First stayed here in 2004 and have returned many times over the years. It's an oasis of calm in the big city and everything about it feels soothing and easy. Staff are all fantastic. They're friendly and fun and also seem to be able to anticipate your needs before you even ask. Really love the recent refurb of the rooms. We were very grateful to be upgraded to a Metropolitan room. Breakfast was excellent and the large pool is an extra reason why you'll be unhappy to check out. Highly recommended!

Love the breakfast, pool, spa and excellence of staff.

We stayed there for 4 nights last month. Very nice and beautiful hotel, very convenient location, we always walked to MRT to catch the train during rush hours to avoid traffic. The staff there is very friendly especially the doorman who was always there to open the door for us. We couldn’t use the pool as the water was a bit too cold and we wish the pool was heated pool, so we could enjoy sometimes.

We are great fans of the Como brand and so for us this was an easy decision to stay here. It lives up to all the high standards of Como - in particular the staff are all wonderful; so attentive and helpful. Thank you
Pool, considering you are in the middle of Bangkok is extraordinary! Does not get a lot of sun so on cooler mornings and evenings it is quite chilly; but in hotter weather I’m sure a much a needed relief. Spa all up to usual Como standards. Excellent treatments.
We had a room with an outside terrace - slightly strange as completely surrounded and no views or much light - but again I guess are in the middle of Bangkok so space at a premium. It was a very generously sized room
Only real negative was only place to eat was the Michelin starred Nahm (which was excellent) but would have been nice to have an informal place too. Breakfast, which was excellent, is in a slightly sad internal space. Hence why knocked off one star.
Lovely touch as we had an early departure was a breakfast box! Much appreciated in the airport

My always go to mid level comfy hotel to stay. I like their big room and fabulous bathroom. The level of details from service staff and cleaning staff is out of this world. Everything feels dustless and so clean. The breakfast has limited variety and they recently changed policy so be careful when you book if your rate is with one breakfast or two breakfast.

I wasn’t aware that my booking only allows for one breakfast while I have brought a guest. After I presented the situation to the front desk, she quickly said she will handle it and wave the additional charge as an exception. Everything is so effortless. Their proactive smooth operation made my stay pleasant.

Oh did I mention the shower water pressure is AMAZING!

They did some renovation so price has been going up in the past few years. It could be a sticker shock for some as increase from a few years back is pretty substantial. If you are looking for an peaceful oasis in the center of hustle and bustle Silom and sathorn are, this is definitely the comfy hotel to stay, with all the basic luxury amenities without fuzz that are not important

Nice hotel, prime location, great spa and service. Khun Pete at the restaurant is very good service. Hope to have a chance to revisit

The Como is incredible! We had the best time at this stunning hotel. The service everywhere is lovely. pete and his team at the restaurant were great for every single meal. You can tell the food is made with so much intention and picked so carefully. The pool, the amenities, the massages, everything was just incredible. Highly recommend it!!!💛💛💛
