Cons:

My room didn't get a full refresh until the 3rd day. Yes, I had a Do Not Disturb on door early but both days I spoke to the housekeeper in the hall to tell them I'd be leaving at 1130 so they could do the room. The forst day someone emptied the trash, that's all. I told the front desk later that night. The 2nd day NOTHING was done until I called the front desk, then the supervisor Casey came and did the basics for me, she was very nice. Days 3 and 4 were fine.

#1 Nicest Individual at Reception Desk
Pros:

After 13 hours of traveling (3 hour drive to the airport in Minneapolis, two flights, car rental, drive from Albany), we arrived at the Fairfield. Feeling rather tired, we were greeted by one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met at a hotel reception desk. Alex was kind, perky and gave us a room on the fourth floor (which was very quiet). She offered us fresh cookies, and provided excellent restaurant suggestions for dinner. I loved the fact that the bathroom had a walk-in glass door shower instead of a tub. Our room was clean and comfortable. A nice way to end a long day of travel.
