Pros:

Great location. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Smooth check in. Love the cookies and 24 hour coffee and tea. Clean, warm room. Nice sized refrigerator with an actual freezer. Decent breakfast. The waffles were good. (Some cut up fresh or frozen fruit to add on top would be nice.) Easy check out.

Cons:

I didn’t like the smoked kielbasa sausage for breakfast. I Preferred the sausage from my previous visit. The toiletries. Last time they gave me a rash. This time I used my own so not really a problem. *Suggestions- A little night light in the bathroom would be nice.
There should be a large garbage by the elevator for guests to get rid of their take out containers so they didn’t leave them outside their rooms.

Our stay was great except for the fact that our room never got cleaned.
Pros:

The room was very quiet. The pillows were fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

Our room was never cleaned at all after our first day's stay. The front desk said it was because of a "do not disturb" sign, but that's not true. They did absolutely nothing to make up for their mistake.

Other then the room being hot. And the breakfast so salty I couldn’t eat it it was great.
Pros:

The stuff was very friendly and very nice

Cons:

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times in the past couple years. The last 2 times the ac in the room does not work well I’m pretty sure they control the ac. Its very hard to sleep when your hot. And the breakfast has always been good but this stay I got some hash browns and someone went very very heavy on the salt I couldn’t even eat them.

Cons:

The people living in the room next door were obviously smoking heavily even though it was supposed to be no smoking. My bathroom smelled like smoke to the point I had to close it. Rancid smell from next door. I won't be staying there again. It's too bad, ive stayed there multiple times.

Pleasant but questionable
Pros:

I liked the Property was located right off the exit with lots of restaurant choices.

Cons:

Non smoking but smelled of weed on the second floor. Pool area had a small party going on with adults leaving beer around.
No conditioner in the shower, left empty. Two half rolls of toilet paper provided.

Hôtel confortable et agréable pour une nuit
Pros:

Emplacement proche de l’autoroute et dans centre commercial mais calme malgré tout ! hôtel Confortable , piscine et spa bien apprécié

Cons:

Petit bémol pour le bruit du chauffage dans la chambre et nous n’avons pas trop aimé le petit déjeuner ( pas très goûteux et vaisselle en plastique !!)
