Location great. Kids loved the pool and friendly atmosphere and staff.

Cons:

The changing room was small, separate toilet with no hand basin in the same room and the rooms could have been cleaner.

Das Frühstück war unser Highlight und super Lage!
Pros:

Super Lage! Bequemes Bett. Hervorragendes Frühstück!!! Sauber. Tee-und Kaffeezubereitung auf dem Zimmer ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr kalt und schade, dass man die Temperatur nicht selbst regeln konnte. Etwas Straßenlärm aber man könnte ein Zimmer auf die andere Seite nehmen.

Mostly everything but my favourite was the pool

Cons:

I think the changing room for the ladies was far too small and no cubicle to get changed in . The cost of breakfast was far too expensive even though kids ate free .

Wspaniały pobyt. Edynburg nas zachwycił. Byliśmy 4 dni, z chęcią jeszcze wrócimy.
Pros:

Śniadanie było wspaniałe. Hotel elegancki, czysty. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Bardzo przyjemnym elementem jest basen i jacuzzi. Siłownia niewielka, ale wystarczająca. Przyjechaliśmy do Edynburga w celach turystycznych i z tego hotelu wszędzie już przemieszczaliśmy się pieszo.

Good overall, would use again
Pros:

Great location, handy parking under the hotel but understandably not many spaces, we got in fine though. Pool is small, ok if there are only a couple of you in there I guess, better than nothing. Sauna and Jacuzzi much appreciated.
Due to certain issues, we used room service twice, and the food was very good. Breakfast was very good too.

Cons:

They were very slow at reception, seemed to be having some sort of issue with something. A little disinterested in general I thought. We booked a family room and the sofa bed wasn't made up, so I went to query that at reception - they said they make it up later in the day. And they did come and make it up, but it was rather awkward with 3 of us in the room, in our private space, just watching this guy make up the bed waiting for him to go. I'd rather it was made up on arrival.

Świetny hotel.Personel miły uczynny szczególnie P.Magda.
Pokój bardzo fajny.Prysznic i wanna osobno,toaleta także.Bardzo fajne rozwiązanie.Sofa,wygodne łóżko.
Czystość wzorowa.Do tego sauna jakuzi i basen,nie jest długi bo tylko 10 metrów ale można się pochlapać.
Śniadania bardzo smaczne.

Cons:

Jeden mały minusik.Brak kanału muzycznego w tv i kanału z polskim programem.

We’d come again.
Pros:
