That it was so close to the mall and shopping. The staff were exceptional.
A bit confusing to navigate. All the hallways look exactly the same.
rooms was spacious and well organized as a hotel. Beds were clean. Breakfast was not included in the room price but they said that they provide breakfast, though I did not use it.

The bed was really comfortable, they upgraded us to a suite, which was nice, so the room was very big (2 bathrooms, 2 TV, kitchenette, living room, bath with jets)! The bathtub towels were really big, first time seeing ones so long I can cover all my body!
Everything in our room (suite) was new/renovated except the shower and the bath! I had a horrible experience with that old shower, it was so small, it had almost no water pressure and the curtain kept sticking to me! It looked nothing like the pictures on the website!

The common yard is dull and found some garbages in the area. Good for pet but can't find garbage cans.

Tub/shower look black on bottom and older moldy tiles.
Mold all around the shower/tub, pool was filthy and so strong the smell inside the pool room burned the eyes and throat until the next day. I can't believe how expensive it was to stay there, 200$, ridiculous. The photos made it look not so bad but it was so much worse. Plus people blasting music and partying until midnight on top of it right outside my room. Absolute worst place I've ever stayed!
The balcony for the pets, but I had to remind them that was included in my booking. They tried to give me a room without a balcony.
No breakfast included, very little extra. No coffee at the front or water. Just a very cheap hotel. I've stayed at hotels half the price and had better complimentary treatment of guest. Very short sighted.
