BLACK MOLD!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
It could use a bit of a refresh but the night manager was very proud and excited to let me know that they will be having a renovation shortly.
Location and breakfast were both good.
Housekeeping was trouble. I had to go to the front desk all 3 days I was there for towels,toilet paper,etc. No one came by to sweep, take trash,or make beds in the mornings.
The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the handicap bars in the shower. Front desk was responsive to room issue
Ants were all over one piece of furniture as it had sticky residue from previous guest. Carpet was delaminating on the first floor which was a trip hazard. Black hair in the shower by seat and also all along the shower curtain...that was gross, but I had to take a shower.
While checking in, we were told they had "no rooms available, the hotel was completely booked." I then went online to find another hotel close to where my elderly uncle's was staying, only to find and book a room in Quality Inn, the exact hotel that told us they had NO rooms. The room was dirty, the heat did not work, I had to go down in the middle of the night and get blankets,the TV did not work. The wall paper was peeling off the wall and there was soft spots in the floors on both the 2nd floor where my uncles were staying and the 3rd floor where I booked after I was lied to about NO ROOMS AVAILABLE! When I checked outI once again mentioned all the issues listed above to the management, who tried to act as if they had no clue the hotel had these issues, do they not do inspections? $181.68 for a room that was absolutely the worst room I've ever booked. Quality Inn Corporation needs to pay this hotel a visit before someone falls through the floors.
Not a thing. It was terrible from the condition, cleanliness to management who did not care!
I booked and paid for a king superior room which should have had a king bed and sofa. I did not get a king superior room. The room I got was #314 which was just a regular room with a chair.

The breakfast was great.
When we entered the lobby we could smell cigarette smoke. When we entered the 3rd floor we could immediately smell the odor of Marijuana. This hotel is in an overall state of disrepair with alot of drywall, wall paper, and floor damage. Our room had trash on the floor, used tissues behind the nightstand, no soap or body wash in the bathroom, and stained bedding. The curtain in the room was also ripped with a big hole in it.
Stained blankets, dirty counters & night stand, crumbs of something on the floor (clearly hasnt been vaccumed for awhile), dirty bath tub, toilet wouldn't flush,room smelled like mold.Not impressed-quickly moved our stay to Holiday Inn where we highly satisfied.
No hand soap in bathroom, curtain in room torn ; breakfast supposed to be at 0700 but no one there even at 0730
The breakfast was marginal. The eggs were good, but the potatoes were dull and cool. The biscuits were hard. The set up was nice, nice dining area. Had my usual waffle instead of finishing my potatoes or sausage because they were cool and not appealing. Other offerings were sufficient. My room for was propped open when I arrived so I went back to the desk and he issued me the room next to it. One bed was nicely made. The other bed, I am pretty sure, had not been changed as it was very wrinkled and stained. I told the front desk and he said he would check into it, but he never came to see and I never heard another thing about it. I only needed
The one bed, but it was disturbing to have the other bed appearing that way with no resolution. Very quiet hotel, very polite desk people, but I feel there should have been resolution to the one bed. Someone should have come to look without me having to feel picky and needing to mention it again.
Where to start.., the hotel looks like it USE TO BE nice, now it’s run down, dirty, hot tub is not hot, room was so hot cuz air is shut off, hotel HAD a bar area that looks so cute and nice but obviously not in use anymore. looks like it’s owned by someone that tries to do all the work, laundry and maintenance them selves and living on a cheap budget cuz can’t keep up with the work of it all. Won’t be coming bad here nor do i recommend.
