Stayed there a year ago. Things were a lot better.

Cons:

Dead Japanese Beatles every where. Live ones on ceiling and walls. The free breakfast totally sucked. One morning no creamers, powered eggs, gravy, and one scoop of potatoes. No biscuits, meat etc! Had handicapped mom with, a moving truck parked right next to us, in a spot with a fire hydrant and marked off as no parking. Had to call the cops to try and move it! Card was deactivated mid stay. Will never stay there again.

The rooms were very roomy. Pool and hot tub were nice.
Pros:

Everything was gone when we went to breakfast. There was a full hotel and the individual had great difficulty keeping up. Even cups, spoons were empty. Many people were complaining to him and the front desk. We just made do with what was left, cereal and waffle.?

The room rate offered a good value for the area

Cons:

Upon arrival no one was at the front desk forcing us to search the hotel for staff to check in. The pool was closed for the 1st day and reopened late on the second but was so dirty we did not use it. The room rug was stained, the tv did not work the elevator was extremely rough and the breakfast bar ran out of eggs at 8:45. The rest of the breakfast buffet was of poor quality.

Nice comfortable place
Pros:

The staff was amazing. The power was out when we checked in but wasn't long before it came on. While we waited the front desk has snacks and drinks to keep us occupied. The room was clean and smelled good. Indoor pool was wondering hot tub could of been a bit warmer.

Quality Inn provided a clean, comfortable room for a brief overnight for a decent price.
Pros:

Spacious, clean room. Comfortable bed. We left too early to eat breakfast so can't rate that.
