After one night stay, we went to breakfast off-site and came back around 9:00 a.m., hours before checkout. The office was locked and no staff was around, the parking lot was deserted. Our key card didn't work so we were locked out of our room where our luggage was. We called and knocked etc and could not get any response. Eventually, after a half hour+ or so, the staff returned, saying they thought we had left and disabled our card. Not a good experience.

The person at the front desk could be more welcoming. No smile no thank you for choosing the world our hotel and the following day that I turned in the key no thank you though just took the key in that was it.

There was no breakfast and if there was I would not have eaten it because there were cockroaches all over the property and I even found one in the room!

We had to first change rooms due to a loose toilet problem and ended up with a handicapped bathroom. Water goes everywhere and makes a big mess. No breakfast was served; yet on booking.com website it said yes breakfast. Pool was not clean.

Good location for Anderson valley wine tasting
The facility is in poor shape. The entire property badly needs updating. The tap in the sink of our room broke on night one. They moved us to another room, but it didn't appear that there was any sign to repair anything.
A big sign in the office stating "No breakfast" is not exactly welcoming either. I would not stay here again for the price we paid.

your entry to the property was not marked well at all -- easy to miss it. The vacant property next to it detracts from your motel's appearance.

Coffee in room was not very good and toilet made a banging noise when sitting on it
Kevin was a great host and is very friendly and accommodating. We checked in easily and the room was very clean and nice. It was very quiet at night, I would recommend this place to anyone.
Nothing, I did see where some people complained about there not being a breakfast, there are plenty of places to eat up there and it is not cost effective to have a breakfast if you are not sure how many people are going to show up.

Close to interstate. Very quiet.
Friendly staff.
Only sheer curtains in windows, the actual drapes only closed half way allowing anyone to see in.
