Property needs updating
Pros:

Good location for Anderson valley wine tasting

Cons:

The facility is in poor shape. The entire property badly needs updating. The tap in the sink of our room broke on night one. They moved us to another room, but it didn't appear that there was any sign to repair anything.
A big sign in the office stating "No breakfast" is not exactly welcoming either. I would not stay here again for the price we paid.

your entry to the property was not marked well at all -- easy to miss it. The vacant property next to it detracts from your motel's appearance.
You advertised that you offer a hot tub and it was not working.

Convenient stop
Pros:

Location was good for our trip and could park motorcycle outside room

Coffee in room was not very good and toilet made a banging noise when sitting on it

Clean and quiet
Pros:

Kevin was a great host and is very friendly and accommodating. We checked in easily and the room was very clean and nice. It was very quiet at night, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Cons:

Nothing, I did see where some people complained about there not being a breakfast, there are plenty of places to eat up there and it is not cost effective to have a breakfast if you are not sure how many people are going to show up.

Pros:

Close to interstate. Very quiet.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Only sheer curtains in windows, the actual drapes only closed half way allowing anyone to see in.

Good quiet motel with large rooms, easy parking
Pros:

Large rooms with closets. Good tv and wi fi. Good location near Zini's cafe and freeway access.

Cons:

ADA room had a tub-shower, not roll in access. Also no breakfast, mortuary across from property

Pros:

Old weak coffee. Nothing else to offer except packaged muffins and packaged oatmeal.
Seems like the people who run try to cut every corner and still charge high prices. I've stayed there several times over the years and won't again.

Easy to property from freeway

Cons:

Lobby doesn’t open until nine am on Monday’s and our room key stopped working as we were loading up to leave. Thankfully my daughter was indeed the room to let me back in to retain the last of our belongs.

Location is fine, the rooms are spacious. Overall was ok.

Cons:

We always stay in this hotel, and there were rooms that were newer and cleaner. This time everything was kinda shabby- old bedding, very old and very used towels. The room wasn't too clean. So I hope the management will pay attention. Room number 107.
