Beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and room. Staff very friendly, accomodating & helpful.
The breakfast had a great selection.
The conceige was terrific.

Cons:

You need to request a sea view room on highest level or else you might be disappointed with the view and may not be worth the cost.

El alojamiento como tal fue perfecto.
El único inconveniente fue el trato del encargado del restaurante en la noche. En una cena hubo un momento que su trato no fue cordial con un invitado. No tiene claro cuando el cliente tiene la razón.
En el desayuno un mesero español muy muy amable y cordial.

Great location and spacious rooms, but the reception experience could have been much better.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

We had an unpleasant experience at reception. We were charged twice for our stay because the receptionist did not properly check the system before processing the payment. We had to provide proof that we had already paid before the issue was acknowledged and corrected. For a hotel of this standard, we expected more attention and professionalism at check-in.
