Great location, fabulous hotel!
Pros:

Fantastic location, great size room for a family of four adults. Facilities at hotel were great and the clothes steamer in the room was very welcomed. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Gorgeous hotel - staff are terrible

The decor as it had just been recently renovated and you could tell.

Cons:

The food was hideous - wouldn’t serve it to a dog particularly late night room service. It was terrible. The staff whether it be reception/concierge or housekeeping would say yes politely to any request but would never fulfil your request. Housekeeping is atrocious never cleaned your room and had no towels once and had already jumped in the shower - just didn’t replace anything they cleaned. We had 3 people booked for the room and the only thing reception could say to us was “I hope you fit in the room”. Like what kind of comment is that. Anyway hotel is gorgeous but staff leave a lot to be desired for a 5 star hotel
