Personalul din restaurant a fost serviabil, mancarea bună

Curățenia lasă de dorit, in 10 nopți o singură dată s-a făcut curățenie in baie si s-au schimbat prosoapele, la cererea noastră, lenjerie veche, pereți murdari, paturi instabile (sunt pe roti si nu au sistem de oprire), geamuri murdare, hârtie igienica ni s-a dat la cerere.
Imi pare rau ca am plătit cazarea la început pentru ca serviciile nu sunt de hotel de patru stele.
A fost o experiență neplăcută

Angenehmes Personal was sehr Hilfsbereit ist
Pros:

Meine Mutter hatte Probleme mit der zu hohen Badewanne und wir haben direkt ein besseres/ anderes Zimmer bekommen. Die Betten waren sehr Bequem und weich. Ich fand die vorgegebenen Seifen im Bad sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Ich fand es schade das man auf den Bilder Online nicht gesehen hat das es Zimmer mit Badewanne oder Duschen gab, wäre angenehmer wen das direkt ein sichtlich wäre.
Wen ich mich Hingelegt habe im Bett hatte ich ein wenig angst da ich dachte da es so hin und her Bewegt hat.
Im Restaurant haben meine Mutter und ich meistens über 10min Warten müssen bevor man bedient wurde (auch wen es fast leer war)
