Good experience overall, but bathroom did not have any ventilation fan and both sink and toilet were gargling like there is some kind of blockage or something, but there was no standing water
Thelma provided fantastic housekeeping on my stay. He attention to detail is impeccable. I intend to request whatever floor she is servicing next time I stay.

The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional, and I appreciated their service during my stay. However, the overall experience did not feel aligned with the price point of the property.
The room itself had the biggest impact on my rating. Given the cost of the stay, I expected a more modern and well maintained environment. Instead, the decor and overall condition of the room are quite dated and appear largely unchanged for many years. Several in room features also reflect this. For example, the television does not support phone screen sharing or casting, and the bedside clock does not function as a Bluetooth speaker, which are features that are commonly available even in more basic hotels. The bed and pillows were also quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
There was also an issue in room 1032 that may be worth having maintenance inspect. I noticed an audible crackling sound when the air conditioning cycled on and off, and I heard a similar sound when using the bathroom light switch. This seemed unusual and could potentially represent a safety concern. I only noticed it shortly before checking out, which made me concerned that it may have been present for some time without being identified.
I also dined at the restaurant during my stay. The servers were kind and polite, but on one evening my order was forgotten and the overall quality of the food was fairly mediocre relative to the price. Given the menu pricing, the meal did not feel like good value.
Overall, while the staff were pleasant and professional, the accommodations and dining experience did not reflect the premium pricing of the property, which ultimately influenced my scores. Based on this experience, it is unlikely that I would choose to stay at the property again or recommend it to others.
Really enjoyed hotel room at Omni Hotel. Room was spacious as well as practical and bed was comfortable. Lighting in hotel room was a little challenging to figure out. Room was nice and bright but when ready for bed needed an efficient way to turn off lighting. Location can’t get better. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed flexibility of food options in hotel as I needed quick options in between business travel.

The Omni is a great Hotel. The stakk is professional, intelligent, courteous and friendly. The porter was a great guy, very helpful and knowledgeable.

The only positive part of this hotel was the pool staff — they were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the front desk service was the worst part of our stay.
We booked three rooms and upgraded to a higher category, yet all of us were placed on the 5th floor. The hot water was only warm, not hot, and uncomfortable to shower. The front desk insisted the temperature was normal and said no one had complained before, which is clearly not true when you read other guest reviews.
Only when we said we would measure the water temperature did they suddenly agree to change our rooms. That response felt dishonest and reactive instead of honest and helpful.
The location also did not feel safe due to many homeless people in the area.
We came with a positive attitude and just wanted to enjoy our stay, but the front desk staff made us feel unwelcome and ignored. We will not return and do not recommend this hotel.

Tal was amazing! I was here for a conference and threw my back out. I called the front desk and Tal called me within 10 minutes to get ne for an emergency session. He saved the day!
We stayed at the OMNI for our wedding weekend and hosted many of our family and friends there as well. We were so happy with our choice to stay here! The rooms were clean, a great size, and had great views of the water and/or ballpark. All of the staff we encountered were so lovely - we had our dog with us and they were especially kind and attentive to him as well. I'd like to specifically mention Gary who was so kind and helped us each day with our bags and with recommendations. Also, all of the wait staff at Fresco, where we dined every day because it was so good, were absolutely lovely.
So this was such a lovely surprise! Booked here for a conference but brought the family. It had been recently updated and wow we could not have been more impressed. The staff were lovely, the pool area and bar great, the rooms large (for usa) and clean and well designed. And it was so close to petco park and right in front of the convention centre. Business centre was 24/7 which was great as we had work in Australia. Truly for family or business or conference this is a great option with good price point

I got a 90min deep tissue massage and this was everything I’ve been looking for! I have a lot of knots in my shoulders and thicker muscles on my legs also with knots, so I have a high expectation that no one has been able to meet. Within 5 minutes I had to remark on the strength of Tal’s fingers and his knowledge of anatomy! His almost 2 decades of experience shows as he was able to massage even between my muscles without activating my reflexes or giving any discomfort! I was very talkative, I was so impressed. Learning how he runs his own business and his background in hospitality explained how he has provided me the best customer service in SD. I was at two other resorts this week, the first had a good but overpriced massage, while the second didn’t even have a receptionist during business hours. This one was worth everything! Tal doesn’t stay on site, but when I told concierge I wanted to book, Tal called me in a couple hours to book 2 massages the next day! I only have a couple days in Omni, so I was so grateful he was able to accommodate me and my boyfriend. He was so friendly over the phone when I was booking, and even friendlier in person. The treatment room that he designed and furnished was beautiful. The spa bed had rests for my arms! Haven’t seen that before and it’s a game changer. This was the best deep tissue massage, customer service, rapport, and pricing. I feel so much lighter and just wonderful! I told him to come to the OC too! I really lucked out with Tal. I hope to return and book with him again, I definitely recommend him! Thank you so much!
Survivor Series weekend! Our family stayed here from Friday - Sunday during WWE Survivor Series weekend. Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, accommodating and would easily stay here again. The 4th floor skyway to the stadium was extremely smooth and convenient for our family
