Oxford Suites Makati

I had to call every 2 days to get fresh towels and to get the wastebaskets emptied.

Staff is great, friendly, kind and helpful. I like them . Just remember l, The location isn't for families. It's more a single guy area.

I had a fantastic stay at Oxford Suites Makati, and I want to especially compliment the front desk staff for their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Good location for a vibrant nightlife, hotel has easy check in and is hassle free. Hotel rooms are a bit tired but still clean and a good non expensive option to be in a great location.

Ok value for the money. Friendly staff. The only drawback was that all electric outlets were US type so I had to buy an adapter.

Hotel is worn but the staff makes up for any other issues. Extremely helpful

Next to burgos fun but place is dated

Property is old and needs all new carpet and paint. Very weathered. Cockroachs could be seen in some parts. The workers are very friendly and helpful

Great staff, but aging hotel.perfect location. We always stay there.

This place was recommended after my top 3 choices were booked for my dates, but I think I would have had a better time around the corner at city garden (old or new). There's some good and bad, I stayed longer that I would normally but wanted to change to a better hotel every day.

The Good
-Excellent helpful staff
-Large rooms with windows
-Great location of 24 hour food and amenities

The Bad
-Broken amenities, AC leaking 24/7, shower head blocked, tub had lots of cracks that cut my feet (needing medical attention)
-Turn down service has to be requested, doesn't always happen when you do
-Dirty carpets, very rarely I have to wear my shoes in suite
-Out of the way of regular transit, if you're okay with Jeepneys and Grab this is good, otherwise, Ayala Terminal, Malate or BCG may be better options

I've seen some of the corner units and their remodels would work wonders for the rest of the facility, removing carpet changing wallpaper and so on. The old city garden hotel is around the corner and about $10/d, but you get what you pay for here.

Aside from the A/C shutting off and on i enjoyed my stay Staff were bery friendly and accomodating
