The staff was effecient ., they came to sort the leaking drain
1. Room was freezzng ,old outdated airccon system ...so far in one corner i froze the whole night on the bed
2. When entered the room and used the basin sink..it leaked on the floor... fawl horrible sewer smell alloming in the room. Rooms should be maintained before a guest arrives..
3. Although fixing happened while I was there.. the bathroom wasnt even mopped there after
4. Despite me making my dietary requirements know on arrival..this was not communicated to the chef. No hot meal was prepared for me..they then made a plan to make me bake beans as a take away. But served it to me with eggs...chefs should know the meaning of vegan/vegetarian... lucky i had fruits and tea and juice with some toast

The location is good, close to the mall and Gautrain station. The room was spacious and very clean

Rooms very old, no fridge, aircon very old and loud.
Bathrooms are very outdated and old. Shower was very old, toilet was halfway broken out of the wall. 3rd day of stay, we were not informed that the water would be off from 11:00 until 15:00
Location
The hotel has a great view over the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also a pathway to the Mall, but it is very quiet, so would not advise use after dark. Security is really good with a secure basement parking. Very central in Centurion, easy to find and easy to move around if you have business in the area.
The rooms are a bit dated, given the age of the hotel. The breakfast was no frills, very basic, and the staff did not even have the decency to offer a hot beverage, while they stood by chatting away.
