Pros:

The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. There was plenty of food available, which was definitely a big plus.

Cons:

What I really did not appreciate was that, although breakfast was included in my booking, I was still made to pay for it on the first day. This was very unexpected, especially at a hotel like Hilton, and it was extremely frustrating. What made the situation even worse was that my complaints were not taken into consideration.

Loved it!
Pros:

I arrived late that night, and the staff made my son a burger, because we had not eaten yet, even though the kitchen had already closed. I was sO grateful for the kindness and great service from the team. Thank you for making a very stressful night, SO much better! Highly recommend.

Lovely stay, great staff and room!
Pros:

Great hotel and facilities, the staff were incredibly friendly and we were very happy with the size of the room.

Cons:

While not the hotels fault, the smell from the river, particularly when the wind blew was off putting. The hotel does very well to have air freshners everywhere so it is not that evident.
