The room was clean and comfortable. Uniquely decorated for an old time feel . The staff was particularly wonderful. Every time we were there very gracious and helpful. You have an option of buying breakfast. It was an amazing buffet of many yummy and well prepared foods.
The only little issue is the slight sewer smell from these old buildings. When certain windows are opened. There’s some draw we could never figure out why.

Very charming! Large clean room, beautiful building and amenities, loved the courtyard and bar, front desk staff very helpful and kind. Our favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Great touch with the little candies everywhere in the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic.

Que habían unas escaleras empinadas con peldaños muy estrechos, pero entiendo que es un lugar muy viejo...

The staff is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable atay. The location is perfect: it's a very short walk from everything and yet quiet. The canal views are unmatched

Lovely location, great old building over 600 years old! Very well maintained. The team is lovely, we were greeted with smiles and print outs for plans and recommendations for the day, highly recommended.
