Beautiful period building and traditional hotel experience in excellent location
Pros:

Lovely location just beside the busier centre. Gorgeous period building with wood beams. Excellent, comfy bed, three windows for the deluxe canal view (inc in the bathroom). Full size bath and huge bathroom with two sinks. Coffee machine provided. Staff all polite, kind and helpful throughout. Liked having a traditional physical key rather than an entry code. Little biscuits on departure. I would have loved to see the other rooms as the building was so quirky and beautiful!

Cons:

Nothing - though note your toilet might be in a separate room to your sink and bathroom due to the nature of the building and its architecture! Also our bathroom had full size clear glass windows and velvet curtains, so no daylight while bathing. Nothing about this was a problem. It just made the whole experience feel lovelier, but some travellers less used to being in a centuries-old building might be surprised!

La chambre était très agréable ainsi que le cadre,déjeuner fantastique

Cons:

Arrivée sans aucune information des lieux, nous avons chercher la chambre seul et ses commodités par déduction.
Pour le petit déjeuner, nous avons du nous renseigner pour en connaître l'endroit.

Отель бы замечательный, старинное здание, все чисто и аккуратно. Милая девушка сразу дала нам всю необходимую информация о завтраке, о ресторанах в городе и даже пешеходный маршрут по центру города. Завтрак был превосходный в очень романтичном помещении. Отель прямо в центре.

A heritage boutique property experience in a great location with an exceptional view!
Pros:

Excellent location, next to the canal with a splendid view! Walking distance from all important sites in Bruges. Super breakfast in a great setting. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

They can consider a hot vegetarian choice in the breakfast menu.
