Great value for money and very pleasant stay right next to Bruges historic city center
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out was smooth at the hotel. I had reserved my booking with the pay at check-in option earlier via their website with my credit card. However I paid with cash upon our arrival. We got a complementary box of Belgian chocolates since we booked from their website.
Amenities were excellent. We got everything in our room from coffee makers, hot chocolates and a mini bar to all toiletries and a hairdryer.
Room and all common spaces were very clean and well maintained given it’s a very old building. There were 2 bathrooms in our room (we booked the classic canal view room). The bath room was very big with a huge window and bathtub. The other small bathroom where the loo was placed was very small and had no exhaust. It is recommended to have an exhaust or air ventilation system in the small bathroom.
Special mention about their breakfast which includes a great selection of freshly baked breads, pastries and cakes, baked beans, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, fresh fruits and beverages. The breakfast area is a historic cellar more than 500 years old.
Very pleasant stay and experience.

Wer stilecht in Brügge wohnen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt idyllisch direkt an einer Gracht und hat den Charme des "alten " Brügges". Innen ist alles passend "historisch"eingerichtet. Die Gartenterasse behauptet mit Kunstrasen einen Garten... angenehm ruhig!

Cons:

Fragen an der Rezeption nach kleinen Extras, wie eine großen Briefumschlag werden bedauernd verneint.

Pros:

Konumu, rahatlığı ve sessizliği çok güzeldi.

Cons:

Elektrik tesisatını tam anlayamadık. Bazı ışıklar belli süreye bağlı olarak otomatikmen sönüyordu. Belki de otelin tarihi tesis olmasından kaynaklı bir emniyet tedbiriydi.

Exellent
Pros:

Excellent hotel with a great location and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were very attentive and always willing to help, making our stay especially enjoyable. We also loved the delicious breakfast and relaxing atmosphere, and would happily stay here again.

Quiet, charming, would recommend!
Pros:

Charming property, located in a quiet area but yet close enough to everything you want to see. Breakfast in the cellar was great!

Cons:

The room we had was small but still comfortable, there just wasn’t any real place to put our luggage in the room which made it feel that much smaller as we stuck it in the little hallway close to the door.

Великолепный отель с видом на канал! Очень красивый номер в красивом особняке! Отличная косметика в ванной комнате! Завтраки превзошли наши ожидания! Персонал очень любезный и делает все для вашего комфортного пребывания! В номере были гостинцы в виде небольшой коробочки вкуснейшего шоколада, и на ресепшене девушки презентовали печенье! Great. Totally worth it.
Pros:

Great location. Close to main areas but a bit quieter just over the canal

Cons:

Nothing to think of. Since they have a “garden” it could be nicer but it seems really to be for smoking so people do not smoke in their rooms. It would not be a nice place to hang out in otherwise.
