It was a beautiful place and was right acrosss street from where l was going .It hade alot stores to shop at.
Had park across street.
The location was fabulous. Could walk to restaurants and shops. When driving, the city was easy to navigate. The hotel was clean and safe. The rooms were comfortable. Beds and showers were great.
Staff was efficient but could have been more friendly.
The lady at front desk was nice
Paid over 300 for dirty chairs, dirty ceilings and cob webs. Very disappointing.
Everything was good, the only things that we didn’t like was the parking and designated dog area.
It was nice and clean. The room was nice. The breakfast was okay.
Maybe a little overpriced
Every thing
Every thing was great
The beds were comfortable and so was pillows. Loved the location. Breakfast was good. Pool very well maintained.
The chair in the room was stained and dirty. Day of arrival ran out of tp and there was no bath gel. I think the breakfast should have been included in stay like other hilton properties
Great staff very accommodating!!
Location and staff is the best!
They are doing renovations somewhere on the building so not as quite as it has been in the past sadly enough
The lady that checked us in
The view
Location
Needs deep cleaning, outdated, parked inconvenient across street in garage 3rd floor and above
Location was a plus, near everything we needed.
Outdated, run down, much needed remodeling. Bed squeaked all the time, getting in or out and rolling over. Bed linen was old, holes in the seems and frayed. Bath towels had holes in them. Terrible lighting with one lamp unstable/broken and outdated. Bathroom had no working exhaust fan. Hall way carpet was gathering in the center throughout the entire floor. No parking near the building only available parking was in a parking garage across the street. I would expect this from a Days Inn not a Hilton.
Location was ok.. close to restaurants etc.
The place needs a thorough cleaning
The rooms are cleane
They were doing extremely loud construction all day sar it was ridiculous! It was obviously right beside our room or on top there is no way there wasnt enough empty rooms to plan better or at least dont do that on a sat?
Overall the hotel was very nice will kept.
Self parking situation. Check out staff member got up and walked off when I approached the front desk to check out. He did not acknowledge me after making eye contact and walked to the office in the back. I had to knock on the door for him come out all the while he said to me "I was coming back." I responded to him but you seen me walking up and you did not say anything. No manners at all.
