Overall good experience. Julia , Shernelle, Deeta , and a gentle man from engineering were all very helpful and service oriented. I did not like that the clean air room was not available even though I requested.
There were tons of spiders in the room .. only bad thing, showed the assistant manager as I checked out and she said sorry.
The exceptional service by the members mentioned. Outshined the not so good moments.
Very clean hotel. Smelled great when we entered. They are doing renovations so our room was brand new! Staff is all very friendly.
The street noise is a bit much but no fault of the hotel.

Location to every thind
First trip to VB and Hilton was great. Rooms are always nice, clean and spacious. Staff was courteous and helpful if we needed anything. On top of that was great value as always with reasonably priced rooms!

Used this hotel for overnight lodging for potential job candidates who were in town. During the visit we discovered that there was a misstate during check in and Ms. Ivy was amazing with helping us correct the issue.

It was a nice rest and pleasant experience. Easy to find places to eat and felt safe. Ivy was very helpful and great customer service.
We were there for a baseball tournament with our whole team and we all enjoyed it very much. Rooms were clean and cozy, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and all our kids had fun at the pool and parents in the hot tub. Ivy was especially helpful and even gave us extra water bottles.
