I liked being able to walk to places to eat and drink. The breakfast was really good too!

I have stayed at this hotel in the past over the years, but unfortunately, the quality of customer service has noticeably declined.
During my recent stay, there was no hot water available on my second day, forcing me to take a cold shower. In addition, housekeeping failed to replace the toilet paper in my room. When I called the front desk to request more, I was told that I would need to come pick it up myself because delivering it to the room was "not a priority." That response was disappointing and not what I would expect from a Hilton property.
The food was also a major letdown. It was extremely greasy, and the wait times were excessive. Even after waiting a long time, the quality of the meal did not justify the delay.
The location is still convenient, but the lack of attention to basic guest needs and the decline in service made this stay frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues, as this property used to provide a much better guest experience.

Overall good experience. Julia , Shernelle, Deeta , and a gentle man from engineering were all very helpful and service oriented. I did not like that the clean air room was not available even though I requested.

There were tons of spiders in the room .. only bad thing, showed the assistant manager as I checked out and she said sorry.

The exceptional service by the members mentioned. Outshined the not so good moments.

Very clean hotel. Smelled great when we entered. They are doing renovations so our room was brand new! Staff is all very friendly.
The street noise is a bit much but no fault of the hotel.
Would stay here again!

Location to every thind

First trip to VB and Hilton was great. Rooms are always nice, clean and spacious. Staff was courteous and helpful if we needed anything. On top of that was great value as always with reasonably priced rooms!

Ivenia was amazing she ensured she checked me in fast and provided me a nice stay. The location is perfect, the room is roomie, and for the value of the room I must say I love Hilton and I am a proud member.

Used this hotel for overnight lodging for potential job candidates who were in town. During the visit we discovered that there was a misstate during check in and Ms. Ivy was amazing with helping us correct the issue.

A nice service provided every night and day. Especially Ivenia at the front desk was exceptionally service minded and sweet.
