Comfortable stay and great service
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient at check-in/check-out. Special thanks to Ivenia at the front desk for being helpful and professional. The location was convenient and the common areas were well maintained. I’d stay here again.

Excellent customer service!
Pros:

From the moment I walked in I was greater with kindness! Deepa, Carlos and Ivenia were all so pleasant and helpful.
They assured me that if needed anything they would do all the could to accommodate.
I will be back to this hotel again!!

A good choice in the VB area
Pros:

Positives:
Pamela is an absolute delight at the front desk.
Stacey goes out of her way to make sure you have a positive experience from start to finish.

Negatives:
Parking is an absolute nightmare every time I’m here.
Construction at 8am should be illegal.

If you’re looking for a comfortable bed in a clean hotel, with lots of walkable food options, this is the place for you. Just know that there are very LIMITED parking spots on site and you’ll have to park across the street in the garage. This doesn’t feel particularly safe when you’re a solo female traveler.

Was a pleasant stay with some minor issues.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and so was pillows. Loved the location. Breakfast was good. Pool very well maintained.

Cons:

The chair in the room was stained and dirty. Day of arrival ran out of tp and there was no bath gel. I think the breakfast should have been included in stay like other hilton properties

Would stay again. The location is fabulous, and the room was great.
Pros:

The location was fabulous. Could walk to restaurants and shops. When driving, the city was easy to navigate. The hotel was clean and safe. The rooms were comfortable. Beds and showers were great.

Cons:

Staff was efficient but could have been more friendly.

Paid over 300 for dirty chairs, dirty ceilings and cob webs. Very disappointing.

Great Customer Service!
Pros:

Fabulous customer service! Miss Ivenia is the new Supervisor and she was lovely! She took her time with each guest and really gave all of us her undivided attention. She made sure we had our needs met, felt welcomed and you could tell she really cared. She was very personable! Whoever hired her got it right, I would want her on my team too!
