Great service Tiffany checked us in and made us feel at home and welcomed. Room was very nice. Great value. Lots of restaurants shopping nearby. Will definitely stay again.

Convenient location for shopping and eating. Good safe location.

Rooms were filthy beds felt damp and smelled badly. my 5 yr old was scared to sleep at night you could hear people running around above us at 2-3 am

We picked this hotel because it was pet friendly and we were in town for our daughter’s wedding. Staff called us every time our puppy barked. It ruined the wedding for us. The worst part was we couldn’t sleep the night before because of the noise a visiting football team staying at hotel was creating, but our dogs were too noisy. The staff threatened to call the dog warden if we did not leave the wedding and come back.

Eveything was great. Just a few things. We stayed in 308 in mansfield, which is in the midst of renovations. There were a couple tiles from the baseboards laying on the floor, that neef glued.

I like the room upgrades, though some corners are already getting Rusty. Washable area rugs would be nice.

Parking was well lit and secluded from other businesses.

Room wasn’t very clean and there were so many knots. The fridge was unusable due to being filled with dead knats.

Room was recently updated and very comfortable! Building under some renovation. Hallways were filled with dirty linens and room service.

Sheets had stains but appeared to be clean

Beautiful hotel inside and out check in was a little dry the person who was working the front desk wasn't welcoming but that's ok, the room was amazing and the price awesome.

We were staying and doing a cabinet install, lots of working type guests staying there also. Early to bed early to rise which was perfect for us. Bedding and food was great.
The floor in our room was gummy and made your feet dirty.

The desk people were very friendly and heolpful. The room looks like it had been recently renovated. It was qute clean and comfortable.

No vending. We had to go out for a bote of water.

Check in was perfect. A friendly, attentive professional. Room is spacious with good layout and amenities. Shower water pressure and temperature settings is mediocre. When the contractors replaced the parking lot lights with LED ones, they did not aim the new lights down to the ground. It shone right into the rooms. With both blinds drawn, could easily read at night. I could not sleep. Breakfast was meager and unappealing. Juice dispenser was out of order.

Hotel is undergoing renovations, so breakfast was greatly reduced. Looks like it will be very nice when completed. Room was very nice - obviously recently renovated. Welcoming lounge area and breakfast area - nicely lit and comfortable. Nice chairs and tables on front patio. My only complaint is the temperature - the hotel lounge and breakfast area was set for 65 degrees - far too cold to sitting and socializing.

Loved the room and amenities, however, VERY disappointed in the breakfast. Our milk cartons was expired by 5 days, biscuits were not fully baked etc., just not as awesome as it always has been.

We’ll still be back in the future, however, probably going to Panera for breakfast from now on.
