Not a 4 star hotel experience at all. Receptionist was nice. Room smelled like cleaning solution, which she offered to clean but the smell remained. No management on property after 5PM but a 24 hour texting line is available.

Easy comfy convenient.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary at The Hotel Palms! It was a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The manager Madison made it a very special occasion and promptly addressed every request. The room was beautiful, clean, and uniquely boutiquely furnished. We loved the artwork! The cafe was the perfect way to start our day with yummy Chai tea and breakfast sandwiches. We look forward to another stay and highly recommended this hotel. Thank you!

The hotel was an older hotel. it had been updated, but still had an oldish vibe.Our room was very small. The space was maximized by having bunkbeds. With that being said, I would still highly recommend it. It was close to the beach within walking distance. It had many restaurants that were also within walking distance. The staff was very friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Palms. The room was fabulously designed, the beds were super comfortable, and it was walking distance to the beach and the bars + restaurants. We would recommend to anyone and can't wait to come back!

Great location! We were able to walk about anywhere we wanted (beach, shopping, restaurants, etc.). We both had to do some remote work and the WiFi was great. Rooms are bigger than they look on the website - we had plenty of room. The staff was accommodating with getting me an ironing board and iron before check-in. When I called for more towels they were outside my door in literally less than two minutes. Bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were high quality. The only downside was pretty thin toilet paper and low water pressure for the shower - but it's an older building, so resolution of the water pressure probably isn't an easy fix. The on-site coffee shop was great, too! The gal running it was so sweet and personable. Would definitely stay again next time we visit Jax family and friends.

Staff was very friendly making you feel right at home. Perfect location!!! Rooms decor gives good vibes and very clean as well as bathroom.
Courtyard is welcoming to all ages. Creating a warm buzz. Would repeat!!! Really a comforting stay!

Floors in rooms were concrete with only a partial rug. Limited space to store things. Staff only in office beginning at 10. Coffee shop not open on weekends.

Nice room, but shower pressure weak.

Best hotel at the beaches. Cozy and located near all the best restaurants in Atlantic and Neptune Beach. Also, best in room mini-bar of snacks and drinks. A lot of local shop items which I find unique. Hotel Palms knows that the small touches go a long way.

Relaxing and calm

I mostly go to larger hotels when I travel but when I return to Atlantic Beach I always stay here.

It’s small but fabulous. It has charm, excellent choices of lovely clean spacious rooms and has a feel of community.

The owners are extremely accommodating and available to you with anything you might need.

The Hotel Palms is a little hidden gem! We had a wonderful stay. It is centrally located to all the great restaurants , shopping and beach just a short stroll. Easy close parking. The fun urban interior is bright and cheery, the room was spotless, the shower spacious and hot, but the most notable element of the stay was the impeccable customer service! We highly recommend!!

Best beds and pillows of any hotel stay, especially for this room rate. Everything was clean and well appointed. Courtyard was a nice place to hang out and have a drink before dinner or a coffee in the morning. The staff was very helpful and polite.

The artwork in our room was very cool.

We attended my sister in law’s wedding there . It was fun. It was close by to everything and walking distance. They were very accommodating with anything we needed while we were there and making sure that everybody felt comfortable very trendy atmosphere love the rooms I had two small girls and the courtyard was perfect. The beach is a couple blocks down. It was perfect for the event and the long weekend. Stay that we enjoyed fully.

Such a wonderful motel. Adorable decorating, great coffee bar and nice outdoor seating. Beds were super comfortable and our room was great. Easy parking right in front. Check in takes a mere moment. Great area for walking close to beach, restaurant and shops.

Loved our stay! Will be back.
