位置好，旁边就是公交站。窗外景色不错。

Cons:

booking上的照片有误导性，以为美景套房都是带阳台的，结果给我们的是两个窗户的房间。到酒店后没到入住时间，在大堂等待时连杯水都没有，到入住时间了也要去催促才带进房间。950欧每晚的房间里居然连免费的水都不提供，迷你吧所有东西都要收费。房间里家俱老旧甚至有破损，一点不上档次。第一天早餐没有服务人员询问是否需要咖啡饮料，餐台上提供的餐点选择很少。这些不足都与酒店的价格和星级非常不匹配。

Cons:

une réceptionniste fort désagréable (Frederika je crois) qui se trompe dans la réservation de mes amis et leur distribue une autre chambre que la leur.... ne m'accompagne pas et ne m'explique pas comment fonctionne l'électricité ainsi que le sèche-cheveux ! par contre les autres employés sont très aimables

Primeiro o checkin, as meninas se esforçaram muito para se fazer entender. A localização é maravilhosa, perto de muitas atraçõies. Café da manhã excelente, o bar também, barman muito atencioso e solicito.

Cons:

Nos foi disponibilizado um quarto "acessível", no térreo, que não nosa permitia ficar de cortina aberta, tinha muitas pessoas na "rua" passando. Resumindo, quarto para deficientes. A vista era boa, mas o banheiro era péssimo, a contenção de água não funcionava, e alagava o banheiro quase todo.

Good because the staff are awesome
Pros:

Reception staff are super nice and helpful they helped me find a better room because mine was too small and noisy. They found a solution really fast and with no drama. Hotel decor can be more tasteful but overall it is a comfortable place as long as you are not in the basic room (where there is t even a coffee machine)

location good and surprisingly quiet given how central. breakfast was good and room comforable. well priced compared to far more expensive comparables and superior to the cheaper ones.
