Palazzo mit modernem Ambiente in guter Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage und sehr freundliches Personal.
Frühstück abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Überraschung zum Geburtstag.

Cons:

Die Suite - speziell das Bad - hätte sauberer sein können.
Keine Kaffepads zur Kaffeemaschine, am 2. Tag wurde auf Nachfrage dann Kaffee und Tee (und Toilettenpapier) aufgefüllt.

excellent location and staff helpful. rooms are not charming and rather claustrophobic

Location on the canal is outstanding and boat/vaporette pier stop is 2 m away. location is the best thing about this hotel. staff is overall super nice. on lady was particularly dry and unwelcoming at the reception but still efficient. we asked three times for restaurant recommendations and bookings. they have given us three top, top recommendations. could not get any better. room is equipped, but if you are claustrophobic, avoid.

Cons:

Rooms are small and dark. Feels like a dark underground bunker. but in Venice, you dont want to spend too much time there anyway. can be more charming.

The location was perfect being that it was steps away from a water taxi stop. Easily accessible to everywhere including the water taxi to and from the airport.
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and quickly responsive when needed.

Good location but the hotel needs to be at least cleaned properly and to be restored

The property has a nice view and a good location, close to San Marco

Cons:

The room&bathroon were not clean, the walls and some part of the furniture needs to be restored/ renewed, we has to kill spiders/ bugs every night in the room. It looks and feels more like a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star standard
