Such a pleasant stay!!!
Pros:

Clean, fresh, nice polite staff, very big room, nice bed linen, location next to big shopping malls, just a bit of walk away, good basic breakfast, overall perfect!

Cons:

The gym is nice for its size, open 24 hr which is perfect for my needs, one small weight and tv remote were missing- small thing, but kept looking for them for some time lol -not a big deal, still great to have a gym

Wonderful Management
Pros:

I checked out 20 minutes after breakfast ended. The manager asked if I enjoyed breakfast. I told him I was too late. He personally walked me to the breakfast area and told me to get anything I wanted. I left with yogurt, fruit and fresh coffee. I appreciated him going out of his way. He saved me $ and an extra stop on my way home.
The bed was also very comfortable.
The location is in a central area, close to the areas I needed to visit.

Stayed for two days for halloweekend. Exceptional service.

Great place to stay. Very nice hotel.
Pros:

We love staying here when we visit Austin. It is super clean. Beds are very comfortable. We also love the complementary breakfast.

The location is close to downtown, but not in a crowded area. (Not too many people or too much traffic)
It’s close to shops and fun, plus there’s a great walking trail 1/4 mile from there.
