We were told hotel shuttle would transport from airport to hotel. Couldn’t get live person at hotel To req shuttle, we had to pay a $30 taxi fee. We were told Mgr. would credit $30 back to our credit card-still waiting…

Expensive typical hotel breakfast like most hotels offer for free.
Pros:

Be aware that this Hilton charges for the breakfast buffet without telling you until you sit down with your plate, the price is 14.99 for the same breakfast fare you get everywhere else for free.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Was a good experience. We stayed here the night before our cruise. The room was nice and comfortable, the food was good in the buffet, even though it cost $15 each. Older hotel that needs some work especially the elevators and some of the ice machines.

They do have shuttle services from the Airport which was good and can pay $20each for a shuttle/bus to the cruise port which was comfortable.

Free shuttle to airport, breakfast and staff are the best here!
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of tasty choices!
The driver who took us to the airport in shuttle was excellent.

Cons:

The toaster needs to be replaced. Did not toast bread or bagel.
The walls are super thin and it felt like the next room guests were in our closet. Hallways very noisy with loud guests.

Quick stay after getting off a cruise
Pros:

The staff were great at check-in! They were super friendly. The property is located in a nice walkable location close to stores and restaurants.

Cons:

The fire alarm in my room went off every time I took a shower. It was clearly no functioning correctly. The shower had very low pressure.

This is more of a 2* hotel. Does not live up to Hilton name
Pros:

The only thing good about this property is the close proximity to the cruise port and walking distance to places to eat.

Cons:

This hotel does not honor the 4pm check in as stated. You are placed on a waiting list and called. They refused to provide an estimated time. We were able to check in at 5:30… unable to use pool and hot tub due to late check in as now no life guard on duty. Staff failed to provide breakfast vouchers I paid for in advance. Staff were rude and provided zero compensation for the late forced check in. We weren’t even offered a shuttle to grab dinner while we waiting. So we walked to the TGI Fridays (my parents in their 70s walked as well) no apologies no anything. The only thing I was told was they had too many late check outs and the rooms weren’t ready.

The location is great. Many places to shop and eat within walking distance. We had friendly staff and appreciate the shuttle from airport. The room was spacious and cool. It was quiet during the night.

Cons:

The staff did not tell me the transfer from hotel to port only takes cash. I wish the breakfast was included with your stay.

Convenient and comfortable stay before our cruise
Pros:

This was a convenient and comfortable hotel for our family to stay at before our cruise out of Port Everglades. The hotel has a free airport shuttle. Just call when you arrive and they will send a shuttle to pick you up and take you to the hotel. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is conveniently located in the Dania Point shopping center, and it is an easy walk to multiple restaurants and to the Sprouts grocery store. Breakfast is offered in the morning for a charge, but you get a credit towards food if you are a Hilton member with certain levels of status. Be sure to check your hotel folio. Our food credit wasn’t initially applied and we had to call to get it applied for a refund after our stay.

There is a cruise port shuttle that leaves at two times from the hotel. They charge $20 per person cash. This is a convenient, but time consuming option. The shuttle stops to pick up additional passengers at the Springhill Suites across the street and then will stop at every cruise ship at the port to drop off passengers. Unfortunately our cruise ship with Disney Cruise Line was the last stop. We weren’t worried about being late, but we were on the shuttle for 1 hour before we were dropped off. Leave plenty of time if you choose to use the shuttle.
