We stayed here prior to our cruise and we were very happy with the location and the staff .
Pros:

Location - close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The pool was very nice and well kept . The young girl that checked us in on 5/8/26 was relatively new - but took care of all our needs and checked up on us several times to make sure we were ok and didn’t need anything .

Cons:

Hot water for a shower took a long time to get.

Great location with access from the airport by hotel shuttle and shuttle to the cruise port for a few.

Cons:

No complimentary breakfast but they do offer an excellent paid for breakfast or alternatively McDonalds is across the street.

The room looked like it needed to be up dated . The shower didn’t give hot water , the curtain in the room didn’t work . It wasn’t good at all

Pros:

I loved the size of the room, well the room overall. The hotel is really close to a lot of things.

Cons:

The walls in the room were thin, I could here others in their rooms. We could tell the hotel was older. There was also a small hole in the ceiling in the closet.

Wonderful staff, great location, some issues with details
Pros:

Used this hotel as a pre- and post- cruise place. The staff is amazingly kind, competent, and friendly. We also appreciated that they put us in a room hours early even though we were just looking to store luggage. The rooms are nice and the beside-pool furniture is the most comfortable that I have encountered in a long time. But they have an attention to details issue. Regulation of shower temperature seems to be an issue: the first one was too hot and the second too cold no matter what I did. The hotel is reasonably clean but the mopping of floors is slapdash and the towels appeared clean but were raveling. The beds are a bit too soft for my taste but I like a very, very firm bed.

There are a lot of little restaurants within walking distance. You can pay for a shuttle to the cruise ports (although we decided to take an Uber instead) and there is a free shuttle to the airport every hour on the hour.

(I was zapped by a light switch but they understood that could be a big deal got someone there very quickly to deal with it.)

Ok but not quite up to what one would expect from Hilton!

Facility was renovated BUT someone forgot the routine maintenance ie paint chips soap dispenser falling off wall. No food or bar service at swimming pool. Also lack of water pressure in shower. Location of toilet paper holder was also an issue.

Cruise hotel from Fort Lauderdale
Pros:

It was near lots of restaurant choices. We felt safe enough to walk around the area. there is an airport shuttle and you cab sign up for a cruise port shuttle through a 3rd party, once you get to the hotel and check in.

Cons:

They over charged us for our room, but they made it right as soon as we called them. Luckily I looked at my emailed bill on my way to the cruise port.
