Pros:

Have stayed at this hotel over the last 3 years. I and my partner would not stay anywhere else in Rouen. It is set in a perfect location, very quiet with a excellent restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A fabulous cost effective stay in a gem of a hotel
Pros:

Super hotel, very accessible on outskirts of Rouen. Great facilities in spacious room, really friendly and efficient staff and excellent food in restaurant. The whole experience was enjoyable and excellent value. Thoroughly recommended.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Nice place with lovely grounds. A good stop just off the main road.
Pros:

Exceptionally nice gardens and exterior presentation.
Very helpful staff who’s English was far better than my French!

Cons:

We stayed during a heatwave and there was no air-con. Admittedly, after we looked back at the advert, there is no mention of AC for the rooms. It was our mistake to assume.
It’s worth mentioning the restaurant may not be to everyone’s taste. It is nice but there are no simple / basic options if you have fussy party members. I found the Trout bland but the Guinea Fowl was lovely.
We were surprised that the beer prices were the highest we found on our entire trip from the UK to Southern Spain and back.
