The person at the counter was rude and not forthcoming in addressing our needs. She also had a bad attitude.

Cons:

Our check in was scheduled for 3:00pm we had to wait 1.5 because the room was still being cleaned. The Beds were small. We asked for 2 queen size beds and were given 2 full size instead. The mattress was also uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The shower was clogged so we all had to take a shower with backed up water around our ankles! Gross!

Very nice place would differently stay again

Went to Hardee's for breakfast the room was clean

Cons:

Someone at the service deck instead of having to call and wait for someone to come , not being able to use the end doors to take the dog's out had to walk them through the lobby
