Très court séjour mais très agréable
Pros:

La décoration de la chambre et son confort, la vue sur la mer et les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Toute la décoration de l’établissement est soignée y compris la piscine et les aménagements extérieurs

Cons:

Le prix du petit déjeuner et du parking (40 euros) est prohibitif. Nous n’avons pris ni le parking ni le petit déjeuner.

Un très bel endroit!
Pros:

L’emplacement, les pieds dans l’eau, la grande gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel, sans exception, la qualité des prestations en chambre ( literie, produits, attentions…)

Tolle Unterhaltung durch den Barpianist ist ein Erlebnis
Pros:

Das Atlantis Bay liegt an einer romantischen kleinen Bucht. Etwa 100m vom Hotel liegt die Talstation der Gondelbahn, welche ins Zentrum Taorminas führt. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist im Verhältnis zur junior Suite eng. Die "freiwilligen" Trinkgeldzuschläge auf der Schlussrechnung von 15% bzw. 5% für Service bzw. Roomservice sind zuvor nirgends erwähnt. Größere Transparenz wäre diesbezüglich kundenfreundlicher.

Wonderful, great location not too busy, spectacular sea views
Pros:

Location, friendly staff and great food

Cons:

The single step in the dining room, in the same colour.( I’m an architect but this is dangerous)

Hotel is sketchy
Pros:

Cleaning Staff is not to be trusted at all. Belongings go missing and there is no accountability. they show up knocking on your door all hours of the night. Some are in uniform and others are in street cloths. They will always tell you there is no camera or it was out of service when an incident occurs.

Superb hotel by the sea
Pros:

Great hotel with superb cliff location, excellent breakfast with a fantastic offer of premium pastries, beautiful sea views and staff very attentive.

Cons:

Pool is not heated so no longer usable in October. Parking at 40 eur / night was more expensive than the rental of the car total costs. City is quite far away, reachable only by car or cable car.

Luxurious
Pros:

The room is excellent big and luxurious the bathroom is also big not tight like most hotels around.
The restaurant is 5 star the waiters are very professional and polite and cheerful i had a good experience with mr. Stefano, mr. Lorenzo, mr. Cateno, and miss Gusy .
I would like to thank the concierge.
The hotel location and everything worth the the money you spend .

Excellent hotel & concierge service!
Pros:

Excellent hotel, location and staff. Daniele (one of the concierge) was great, he arranged everything we wanted with great detail and we couldn't be happier.
We had a wonderful stay here and felt very welcomed & cared for.

Wonderful stay with marvelous views
Pros:

Superb location and very professional staff, Daniele at the concierge desk was amazing in welcoming us and explaining everything about the area and recommended some great excursions, the yacht experience was by far the most memorable. Would definitely return.
