Room was clean and tidy, only thing was two single beds, but for two nights was fine, and staff were very good.was not

Wow the food was excellent. Friendly staff, comfortable room, good location and very good value for money.
We have stayed before and have a stay booked again, we really like this hotel, and although no frills, its got everything for a short stay.
The food was amazing all 3 nights we ate.
Only criticism is no draught beer at the bar currently.
The bath was a bonus
No wine glasses, so offered a beer glass, no draft beers, food was very basic oh and sorry got no gravy. The bed so soft it was uncomfortable on hips feet back.it was so basic it was comical.
On this occasion it was quiet and no disturbing noises from other guests. Free car parking as well

Really close to where we needed to be, far better than we expected for what we paid. Will definitely stay here again.
The shower gel/shampoo literally fell off while I was showering.
Central location; Great for shopping especially the Lakeside Village Outlet. Good parking.

Could’ve been a bit cleaner and had no plug sockets near the beds, so no way to charge devices whilst in bed
Absolutely nothing
Absolutely everything ! Whole place smells of Cannabis - which I believe is still illegal in England. Used mattresses piled up on the card park, basic room facilities unfunctional - an absolute disgrace !

Staff were very nice. When I reported that the tv in my room was broken, a staff member came to have a look and replaced it.
