We didn’t stay we left because it was that bad

Nothing absolute dive

Cons:

Everything full of people of the streets full of drugs partying very loud but she certainly not a place you should be advertising. Absolute disgrace.

I was at this hotel for work
Pros:

Excellent service from the staff. The room was clean, warm comfortable and excellent value.

Amazing experience
Pros:

Accessible especially near entertainment & facilities ect not a middle of nowhere sort of thing.

Cons:

Not choosing where I prefer as I’d like an upstairs because feel safe but cctv was on sight with it all surrounding so ain’t bad apart from a neighbour turned up drunk then making some noise which can’t be helped as they’ve enjoyed themselves so ain’t bothered as you’ve been reasonable for me like lucky enough to find somewhere at last minute adding with a child involved particularly a baby so thank you again!

I booked on the reviews on this site but look on trip advisor for more accurate reviews. Not great at all. Staff are ok but if staying for work look elsewhere

It’s cheap for a reason but can’t fault the staff and I would visit again when the refurb is complete
Pros:

The staff were very good. The bar / breakfast room was very adequate.
The accommodation as previously mentioned is very very tired and dated. I was lucky enough to have one of the new beds ( an update is imminent) but there was no mattress protector so I’m not sure how long they will stay nice

Cons:

Very dated rooms, these and communal areas could be cleaner
