déjeuners (variés et copieux), taille des chambres (très grandes), calme (la rue est peu passante), confort des lits (et grands !) et hyper propreté, et proche du métro et personnel très sympa. Bref top ! Merci !!!

Cons:

Le quartier d'affaire, assez austère et rempli d'hôtels pour touristes internationaux (notamment par rapport au centre, plus vivant et historique... mais moins calme !)

Nettes freundlichen hilfsbereites Personal .Gute Lage. Schönes sauberes Zimmer mit einem großen Balkon. Bus und Bahn in wenigen Schritten gut zu erreichen.

O banheiro tem um sistema de box que acaba molhando o chão todo por fora e vira um pouco de bagunça.

Amabilidad del personal

Cons:

La heladera no funcionaba. No sabemos si es porque la electricidad se desconectaba al retirar la tarjeta utilizada de llave de apertura pero como nos han ofrecido una sola tarjeta no teníamos posibilidad de dejarla conectada. Hizo calor durante la corta estadía en el hotel y no teníamos posibilidad de bebida fresca. El personal era muy amable y probablemente si nuestra estadia hubiera sido mas larga (fue solo 1 día) hubieramos encontrado la forma de solucionarlo juntos. No le hemos informado de este detalle en su momento.

Cons:

A recepcionista era muito inexperiente e estava sozinha sem nenhum apoio sénior. Por acaso não estava mais ninguém para atender mesmo assim demoramos imenso a fazer o check-in.
Nota-se falta de staff na recepção e nas restantes áreas do hotel
O hotel não tem bar serviço de bar.
O parque de estacionamento que fica por baixo do hotel não tem acordo, paguei 35€ por 2 dias

Central but not family orientated
Pros:

Good location, but not family oriented. More for work stays, Air conditioning is not so great.... would visit again, but only for a short stay, not 5 nights, 3rd bed (pull out) for family member was very uncomfortable.
On the plus side, the room was very clean and got cleaned daily. It was a good central base to Lisbon city center, 20 mins walk, the pillows were very comfortable.
The hotel is very business like, it lacked a warm welcoming hotel feel, this does not apply to the staff, its the actual reception area ....
Oh change the fridges, they dont keep anything cool.
On the plus, it's beside a very friendy little cafe-pub..up the hill to the left, where we were welcomed and the prices were so reasonable.
Thank you to the staff they were lovely, just a little disappointed with the 4 star rating.....of the actual hotel
