Ontbijt was goed en personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

Absoluut afschuwelijke kamers (badkamer en handdoeken wel ok). Bedden verschrikkelijk.
Ook niets geen 24u service. Er viel bij aankomst niets meer te verkrijgen. Gelukkig werd dit door de receptie via omweg alsnog verholpen. Maar dit is niet conform de beschrijvingen, noch conform de foto's trouwens.

Great find
Pros:

This hotel is a great find for a nice property near Paddington Station. The neighborhood has a number of restaurants as well. The room was comfortable, well outfitted and clean The breakfast was very good.

Pros:

ottima posizione, personale gentile ed efficiente. Colazione ben fornita e di ottima qualità.

Cons:

un solo ascensore che negli orari di pulizia viene condiviso col personale di servizio determinando lentezza e ritardi. Non ci sono spazi comuni riservati dove poter lavorare.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was quite nice. Location is a bit hard to find the first time, but once you know where it is, the hotel is very close to rail/subway stations and bus stops, so quite convenient.

Cons:

Room was quite small and one has to negotiate stairs within the room.

Absolutely fantastic.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. The location was perfect and central. This will always be my hotel of choice in the future. I loved everything about it.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό,σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία σχεδόν δίπλα στον σταθμό Paddington.Η περιοχή όμορφη γύρω από το ξενοδοχέιο με αρκετά ιταλικά εστιατορια κοντά.Το δωμάτιο πραγματικά πολύ μικρό αλλα για διαμονή 3 ημερών στο Λονδίνο ήταν μια χαρά.Το πρωινό πολύ μετριο με ακριβώς τα ίδια πράγματα κάθε μέρα.Καθαρισμός δωματίου καθημερινά.Επισης πολύ βασικό ότι μας δόθηκε ανταπτορας για την πριζα κάτι που ελικά δεν μας ήταν και αναγκαίο δεδομένου ότι υπήρχε και κανονική πρίζα στο δωμάτιο αλλά και αρκετες θύρες usb για την φορτιση των κινητών μας

Το πρωινό χρείαζεται βελτιωση σίγουρα.
