It was within a short walk of Kensington Garden and Bizarro’s, a fantastic Italian restaurant. Great coffee nearby.
Pros:

Moncalm is nestled in a quiet, tree lined street yet a short direct walk from Paddington station. It’s very comfortable, clean and well cared for.

Praktisches Hotel für einen Besuch in London
Pros:

Sauber, gepflegt, professionell geführt, sehr gute Lage. Nähe zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Kneipen und Restaurants in der Nähe. Hyde Park in Laufweite.

Personnels sympathiques, hôtel agréable, accès spas et jacuzzi, service déjeuner, accès métro, gare à proximité.
Quartier calme et sécurisant.

Cons:

Beaucoup d’attente ascenseur à certaines horaires. Chambre très petite pour grand bagage voyageur ainsi que la taille du lit.
Les coussins ne sont pas confortable, trop plats et raides.
Coussins des fauteuils et banquettes de la salle du déjeuner sales!

No space in bathroom to place toiletries. Squeaky floors. Not able to open window.

Will definitely use the hotel again due to its great location to Paddington Station.
Pros:

Excellent location for Paddington Station. Staff were very helpful. Particularly appreciated the extras that were set up in my room for my birthday -thank you so much for that. Very happy that I could open the window safely as I prefer fresh air to air con at night. Bathroom very well set up, everything was very clean. Dinner in the restaurant was very good.

Pros:

The location was great. Maid service was very efficient. The proximity to Paddington Station was a huge plus. I also liked the free breakfast.

Cons:

There was only one elevator for the whole building, it was small and took a long time, especially around breakfast time. It always had people with luggage in it so once I found the stairs, I used the stairs a lot.

Consigliato solo per posizione pulizia. Non è un 5 stelle, forse 3.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla metro Paddington. Camera e bagno puliti. Kit di cortesia buono. Personale gentile. Ti tengono le valige anche dopo il check out.

Cons:

La camera era piccolissima (matrimoniale delux). Tre scalini in discesa che andavano dal bagno al resto della stanza. A malapena si riusciva a muoversi. Neanche lo spazio per aprire le valige. Non c’era lo spazzolino del water, lo abbiamo chiesto ma non è arrivato. Sportello cassaforte bloccato aperto, segnalato e mai resettato. Griglia aria condizionata sopra al letto, o muori di caldo o di sincope. Arredamento datato. La finestra non si apriva.

Thank you - enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also very accommodating. Colston at the front desk offered me a cup of coffee while I waited for my room to become available. He informed me about the spa facilities and recommended the hotel restaurant. He was very kind and helpful. We will be returning in a few days for one more night before returning to the US.

Cons:

Was trying to take a nap during the day and the cleaning staff entered and exited the room across the hallway numerous times while getting supplies (?) to clean it. The sound of the slamming door was a bit irritating but I do understand that most hotel guests probably aren't napping between 11 am and 1 pm and the cleaning staff is under some pressure to clean the rooms expeditiously.

A light above the tea/ coffee station should be added.
