המזגנים קצת רועשים אבל המיקום מצויין הצוות היה מאוד שירותי במיוחד כשביום האחרון היינו צריכים לעבור לדירה אחרת הם מאוד השתדלו וקיבלנו את הדירה מוקדם כך שפשוט עברנו מחדר לחדר באותה קומה
זה מלון קטן מאוד בקומה שלנו היו 4 דירות
נענו לכל בקשה כולל קומה נמוכה כי אנחנו שומרי שבת אז קיבלנו קומה 3 שזה בעצם קומה שניה מהכניסה
היינו בשהיה ארוכה יחסית אז כן חסר לנו מכונת כביסה במלון. יש להם שירות כביסה אבל הוא קצת יקר ונהרסו לנו כמה בגדים.
A wonderful hotel located in the heart of the city and close to major attractions. Great restaurants nearby. We stayed in the two bedroom family suite and it as perfect. Roomy, clean and stocked with all of the necessary amenities. Staff was lovely.

Apartment room was clean and comfortable for our group of 6. Location was excellent- close to many restaurants, stores, and subway. Nice having a kitchen with full fridge and place to prep light meals.
Appreciated having AC, but the AC unit is kind of loud. Free breakfast was convenient, quality of breakfast was ok.

The Bayard was a gem of a find!! Quiet, clean, and beautiful. We really liked having a kitchen, to be able to put together snacks and sandwiches for our adventures! Really easy to get to all the sites too! This is the one!
We loved our hotel room/suite. Having a kitchen and living room was wonderful and the location was perfect. However, the sheer curtains were useless against the early morning sunlight and you can’t cover the windows because the air conditioner is in them and then you have no AC. Cold water was promised to be in the lobby every day but was not there on any of our four day stay. The included breakfast was meh, at best, powdered eggs and -packaged bagels in NY, home of the Bagel? Hard apples and pears were offered but inedible. Sorry to say because the staff was lovely but I was up early every day with the sun and not happy about it.

We cannot say enough good things about Bayard. The room was huge, the staff was so friendly and we really loved the location. This will be the only place we stay when we come to NYC. Thank you!
