If you are after a hotel within easy walking distance of the main attractions, subway stations and various food outlets then this is your place. The apartments are great for a family due to the amount of space you get, privacy and a safe neighbourhood. The breakfast is free and enough to set you up for the day. We went in the breakfast room at various times and always got a table straight away. There are some hot choices as well as fruit, cereal, bagels and pastries etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lift is not huge but we had no problems and 8/10 times the only ones in it. The stairs are fine if you are on the lower floors. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants convenience, space, flexibility and a relaxed environment.

The apartment is just as described and bigger than expected. Comfy beds, good showers, great sofa, etc. What more could you want?

Excellent staff and location

We really liked it! As a family of four (2 small kids) it was nice to have a room big enough to relax in from a morning or day in the city. The location was good; near the subway and grand central station (and LIRR/airtrain from JFK). The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast included a couple of options to vary if you want. The all day coffee and water is a big plus!

There is some noise, but no more than normal in a busy city. The appartment was a bit outdated and it would be nice if there were more kitchen supplies such as cuttlery. We would definitely stay here again.

The main reason I booked this hotel was the size of the rooms. I was with 5 adults and we had plenty of room to sleep and visit. It was exactly what I hoped for. Also, the beds were very comfortable. We were close to many subway lines and were able to get around the city easily.

Huge two bedroom space in a great location that is close to subway and walkable to Times Square. Third time at this property but first since ownership change. Improved toiletries, comfortable beds and bedding, high quality towels, generous welcome basket of snacks. Shades are needed, not just privacy curtains in bedrooms. It was light enough to read at night. Also, waffles are great but only had sugar free syrup so we skipped. These small details would make a big difference.

Enjoyed this spacious 2-bedroom apt very much. Location is great, staff supernice and breakfast adequate. No complaints really at all. This worked very well for us (mother with two young adult sons). We’d live to come back and certainly recommend this.

Very central location!

Kitchen was quite basic but it was good enough for us ( we had two different rooms for a family)

We would highly recommend staying here. It’s doesn’t have a large reception with fancy furnishings etc but what it does have is great value with large rooms with ample sitting room and kitchens. They are basically converted apartments so for space you can’t beat how much room you get! Staff is friendly. Only one elevator so keep that in mind if you’re in a hurry and you are using it during the morning rush etc.

A wonderful find with a great location. The desk staff was so helpful and accommodating. The location is close to a lot of sights and wonderful restaurants.

The room was a Queen apartment and very spacious. It could easily accommodate two couples. My only recommendation is more outlets or a special charging area.

Absolutely amazing. The staff is so nice the location is perfect. Apartment was so cute and way better than I anticipated. Same cost as other hotels with double the size. House keeping was great and you couldnt hear the other rooms at all. Free breakfast was a big plus.

The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Tons of space, the kitchen and dining area was perfect for the fam. The breakfast was actually really good for a hotel breakfast. The elevator is a little busy in the mornings since there’s only one elevator. I will stay there again!

Wonderful, clean, excellent price with comfortable beds and professional staff. I need something bigger traveling with kids and NYC hotels are notoriously small so THIS was exactly what we needed. Quiet and clean in a perfect area of Manhattan.
