Great place for family of 6!
Pros:

The Bayard was a perfect fit for our family of 6. It had enough space for us all and was in a great location to walk and take the subway. The room was older and there were a few doors that did not close all the way. Water pressure and a/c units were great. Very quiet street so minimal street noise either which is a rarity in NY!

Excelent stay in Midtown Manhatan
Pros:

A very good experience at the Bayard Hotel. Excellent value for money in Midtown Manhattan, 10-15 minute walk to Times Square. We stayed in the one-bedroom queen apartment. In addition to the bedroom, there was a comfortable sofa bed and a kitchenette with the essentials for preparing basic meals. There was a 24-hour supermarket just 5 minutes away. The breakfast at the hotel was also good; it was a buffet, basic but sufficient to start the day. If I were to return to New York, I would definitely stay at the Bayard Hotel again.

The staff was so friendly. The rooms were so spacious. The shower was powerful and hot. A/C window units let us adjust to each persons preference. Nice standard breakfast spread. We enjoyed being away from the crowds. Would definitely stay here again

Good apartment.
Pros:

The apartment was very good for a family, just like a normal flat with a good sofa-turned-double bed, in a good location.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. No bacon in NY!? And good things like raisin bagels only turned up every other day.

Location was amazing, walking distance to everything.
Atmosphere was good, friendly people all around .
Our room was comfortable, clean, awesome space.. TVs alittle outdated but it’s all good.

The Bayard is a great hotel, I would return.
Pros:

Everything about the property was great. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and location was convenient.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like about n the property is that one of the bedrooms didn’t have blackout blinds…so you can see right through at night. It was a bit uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker.
