heerlijk verblijf op uitstekende ligging
Pros:

Ontbijt was heerlijk, super uitgebreid. Hoekkamer met twee grote vensters een een mooi zicht ('alpenblick'). Ook ligging is uitstekend, vlak naast de skilift en toch niet ver van het centrum.

Badkamer is wat oudbollig, maar prima

Excellent stay
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel with super friendly staff. We checked in at exactly 3pm and had a warm welcome from reception. Rooms were very clean and warm (much needed in February). Breakfast had a good selection. Location was good (approximately 10 min walk from the train station, slightly hilly). Price was a little expensive but in Zermatt terms, it was very reasonable and 100% worth the extra money!! Would absolutely return!

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht und werde gerne jederzeit wiederkommen :)
Pros:

Super Lage, kurzer Fussweg ohne grosse Steigungen zur Talstation. Blick nach vorne frei und Gartengrundstück nebenan gibt schönen Blick beim Frühstück. Schöne Terrasse vor dem Zimmer mit seitlichem Blick auf das Skigebiet. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit allem was man braucht. Frische Blumen im Rezeptionsbereich und beim Frühstück, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Skiraum praktisch ohne Stufen vom Weg zu erreichen.

Great value - Very close to the Matterhorn Gondola - Easy access to everything
Pros:

We stayed in the sister property the Bonetti Apartments across the street from the Alpenblick. The room was a good sized studio with a kitchen and a larger bathroom. We really liked the heated bathroom floors. We were on the ground floor, which was good for access to the Matterhorn Gondola (5 mins walk). It was about 4-5 floors of stairs to get to the very good breakfast in the main hotel. We didn't mind the stairs, but some people might. This was a last minute booking to extend our trip and we were happy with it. The beds we ok, but not as nice as the previous nights in another hotel.

Cons:

It was a small surprise to be staying across the street from the main hotel. It was some effort to carry the bags down many flights of stairs to our place. In the end it was ok, because the access to the lifts was easier from there.

Le personnel est très gentil.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien, frais et copieux.
Le sauna est très agréable

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas un lit large avec un seul matelas dans la chambre. Seulement eux lits avec deux matelas et sommiers.
