Beautiful location and very nice hotel
Pros:

The staff were lovely and welcoming - very helpful indeed about extras like storing luggage.
The hotel is convenient, comfortable and our room had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn .

A lot of noise caused by some guests and the room was not comfortable as the heating was turned off
Pros:

The cleanliness of the establishment and the location were good.

Cons:

However, I did not like that certain items at breakfast were missing and were not replaced when we arrived, as I believe all guests should be offered the same variety.

I was also unhappy that the heating in the room was not working. I was told that with 20 degrees outside, heating was not necessary and that we should consider the environment.

There was a lot of noise caused by some guests.

Schönes Hotel in der Nähe vom Matterhorn
Pros:

Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum Zermatt, dafür sehr ruhige Lage und direkt in Sichtweite ist der Matterhorn.
Standardzimmer ausreichend groß. Ausstattung ist gut mit Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee. Kühlschrank vorhanden. Zimmer, vorallem das Bad waren sehr sauber. Matratze angenehm weich. Zimmer zum rauschenden Fluss war sehr gut gedämmt. Das Personal ist freundlich.
