Aris Grand-Place Hotel

Perfect location, only a few minute's walk from the main rail station and right next door to the Grand Place. Lots of bars and restaurants around. Lovely room and bathroom.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for one night. The central location was perfect, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the lively attached cafe was a great feature.

Very nice stay at this eclectic hotel with a fun, lively ambience. It is centrally located, just steps away from Grand Place. Plenty of good options for restaurants and shops nearby. The front desk staff was always ready to assist and give excellent recommendations. Make sure you try the restaurant on site. And enjoy the free, live entertainment by local musicians right outside the hotel.

We had a truly lovely stay at the Aris Grand Place Hotel during our trip to Brussels. From the very beginning, we were welcomed with a friendly and warm reception, which immediately made us feel at home.

The hotel has a beautiful, festive atmosphere, especially during the Christmas season. Its central location is perfect — right in the heart of the city — making it easy to explore Brussels on foot. A real highlight was our room with a direct view of the Christmas market, which added a magical touch to our stay.

The room was very clean, well maintained, and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. In the morning, we enjoyed an excellent à la carte breakfast with table service. The food was delicious, the staff was very kind and attentive, and we especially appreciated the calm atmosphere — no crowded buffet, but a reserved area exclusively for hotel guests in the restaurant.

Another plus is the availability of many nearby parking options (paid), which made arrival and departure very convenient.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our Brussels trip even more special. We would happily return and highly recommend it, especially for a cozy winter getaway.

Really enjoyed my stay. All of the staff I spoke to were extremely friendly and engaging, that’s so important to me as a lone traveller. I really enjoyed the breakfast and was sorry there wasn’t time for me to breakfast on my final day.

The room was great and all the facilities were working and in good condition.

Just one tiny, tiny thing is that would like the room to be more brightly lit. But i loved everything including the location and the vibrancy of the cafe downstairs.

Fantastic location, just off Grand Place. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, when we first arrived they gave us a map and highlighted the areas of interest to us giving us lots of info, they were brilliant. Room was lovely and clean with a very comfy big bed. The cafe downstairs was lively and busy, we had breakfast there one day which was very nice. Would stay there again

The hotel is wonderfully located near the Grand Place. The people running the desk were always helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and the rooms spacious and well appointed. The cleaning staff was good. My only reservation is that because of the location the hotel can be noisy. It is also worth knowing that the lobby is a very popular coffee shop so it is always busy.

great breakfast, very friendly stuff. The room was a bit smaller than expected and although we were on the fifth floor and had nice view, the ceiling was very short and bumped our heads a couple of time! the bed a bit small. Overall a good experince. Best location.

We enjoyed our stay and would return. The central location is excellent and we didn't find it very noisy even with the buzz of activity outside. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, with bag storage being easy and quick. For awareness, you will need to walk through a fairly busy restaurant/cafe to get to reception.

The Hotel is old and in a noisy part of the city.

My Uber could not get there, so I have to walk a good distance with my luggage.

Excellent hotel! Location is prime, close to everything and the staff was incredible. Highly recommend!

I was very dissapointed about the service at breakfast. I highlighted I was in a hurry, but scrambled eggs took more than 20 min. Staff was playing games in the kitchen.

Great location for Le Grand Place, but far from the Central Station and 100s of bars and restaurants.
Nice room, not large, but decent storage and comfortable large bed and nice ensuite.

Quirky place in ideal situation. Staff welcoming. Reception staff exceptional. Clean albeit small room with quality bathroom shower.
Breakfast offered a good choice of three courses. Coffee machine a bit of a disappointment surprising in a coffee shop.
Service generally good .
We enjoyed staying here and felt at home. It was different in a very positive way to the standard hotel experience.
