Club Wyndham Cypress Palms

Got to Cypress Palms where my reservation was and was told I had been bumped to another property. Was told a voice mail was left, I never got a call or voice mail. Switch made me miss a lunch reservation I had at Disney. Took almost an hour to finally find this out and get to other location.

We had a very quiet 5 night stay. Loved the convenience of the washer/dryer. Room has a lot of what you need already as far as detergents, shampoo, etc. I would come back again. Only downside was the very tiny bathroom as you can barely close the door while in it.

I have stayed at this property for 20+ years and will continue. They keep up the decor and grounds well. I never have a complaint here. We enjoy the quiet and chill vibes. Very convenient location to everything we do in Orlando area. Some of the older resorts show age however this one is very well maintained.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was a delight. Quiet, great location, quick access to the Disney parks, stores and restaurants nearby. The property is well maintained and clean, the rooms are nicely updated with quality furnishings. My only complaint is they disable your door fobs/pass keys at 10am on the dot. This is frustrating when taking luggage back and forth from the room as someone has to stay behind to open the door. Also in general someone is knocking on your door to come clean at 10am if not a little before on checkout day. This needs to be adjusted. Overall we do plan to stay again, as the price was reasonable for what you get in a room.

I did only have one big problem is when I got to the hotel they tried to upsell me on a timeshare. I have been flying all day and didn't want to be here in about upselling the timeshare. Then when I decided to go to Disneyland then he decided to call me again to upsell me. Probably not the best time to call someone to upsell them and time shares

Kind of turned to feel like a timeshare booking rather than a hotel booking trying to sell appointments on check in

We were booked to stay here for 14 days. Unfortunately on day 12, we saw a few really big cockroaches in our room so we checked out and changed hotels. The other downside was when we checked in, we felt pressured into attending an hour long meeting about (I assume) buying a timeshare or something to that effect. We had just landed and the lady would not take no for an answer, going so far as to tell us she "would not get paid" if we did not go. The location is great, really central for Disney and not too far from Universal Studios.

It felt likd I lived there. Full kitchen with personal laundry. Will definitely come back next vacation

Stayed here last year . Great site. Los of walkable dining and bar options.

Mice

Very convenient, very clean, affordable 2 bedroom suite for a family of 4 (or more), and quiet. Lots of nearby restaurants. Great hotel, best in a long time- will be back.

Loved our stay here and would definitely go back. We had the deluxe one bed and reception was very accommodating when we requested a lake view. Room was nice and clean. Loved that the kitchen had utensils and pans if we wanted to cook and hotel was 2 minutes from a supermarket and numerous dining and shopping options. We also weren’t too far (20-30 minutes) from Disney/Universal which we liked as we didn’t want to stay to close to that area and explore other parts of Orlando/Kississimee area.

This property was excellent. Very modern, clean and spacious, it was 4 of us and we had more than enough space.

Clean, like a 1 bedroom apartment, with a kitchenette, spacious, clean, modern, parking, quiet, and close to stores and restaurants.

Of all rhe places we have stayed at this was our FAVORITE! Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious.

Clean property , upkeep is starting to slip a little, wristbands to enter units is still a problem compared to other properties. Plentiful food options near the resort as well as shopping options. Within minutes of all the theme parks. Comfortable units. Beware of 250.00 dollar security deposit when checking in although it is refunded.

I stayed 9 nights with my 2 younger kids, they loved the pool, condo was nice however there was another family on the other side of the shared door so don’t expect privacy.
