No alcohol & halal meat only
Pros:

This hotel does not serve alcohol and halal meat only, the latter of which is not advertised anywhere. We booked through last minute.com and initially the no alcohol statement was not listed until later on.

The staff were friendly enough and the coffee and breakfast is good, however this is still not the standard I would expect of a 5 star hotel. Parking is an additional 25 euros a day but there is lots of free parking around the hotel, again not something I’d expect of a 5 star hotel.

There was no one round the pool all week and no music is played , which for us equalled no atmosphere and we went to the beach everyday.

I am writing this review so others that book are fully aware of what the hotel offers as this was not made clear when we booked through booking.com.

The rooms are clean and the breakfast was ok but we were very disappointed that last minute.com did not make their website clear of what the hotel offered.

We paid a lot of money for this holiday expecting 5 star but unfortunately I felt we didn’t get what we paid for.

Bardzo fajna okolica
Pros:

Super lokalizacja. W okolicy dużo fajnych miejsc. Śniadanie było smaczne. Minibar z kawa w kapsułkach i herbata w pokoju.

Cons:

Niezbyt miły Pan kucharz od jajek, który też słabo rozumiał w języku angielskim.
Malutka szafa.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, dobre śniadania. Czysto ! Wybrałam Alanda ponieważ Niedawno byłam w hotelu Nobu, obok Alanda. Nie dość że obsługa pozostawia wiele do życzenia to do tego... okradli nas i nie chcieli wziąć odpowiedzialności. Bardzo polecam Alanda.

Pros:

Ein Hotel, das wirklich keine Wünsche offenlässt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – zentral und gut erreichbar, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß oder mit kurzen Wegen erkunden kann.

Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist das Personal: aufmerksam, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.

Das Frühstück ist ein echtes Highlight – eine große Auswahl für jeden Geschmack, frisch und ansprechend präsentiert. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag!

Ein ganz besonderes Extra: Da wir unseren Jahrestag gefeiert haben, wurden wir vom Hotel mit einer Flasche Bellini und einer Auswahl an Schokolade überrascht – eine wirklich herzliche und aufmerksame Geste, die den Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher gemacht hat.

Wer ein Hotel sucht, das in allen Belangen überzeugt, ist hier genau richtig. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Cons:

Kissen war für meinen Geschmack ein bisschen zu hart , wurde aber auf Nachfrage mit einem weicheren Kissen gelöst.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is a real 5 stars hotel with excellent service .. location is in the heart of the golden mile .
Staff and management are so friendly and helpful .. it was a great experience and I will always stay there .
Not to mention the food which is so great and fresh with a lot of options .
