Gran sitio en el mejor emplazamiento posible
Pros:

En una ubicación privilegiada delante del hotel Puente Romano en plena Milla de Oro y a 100 metros de la playa este hotel cumple perfectamente para no sobrepagar por otros emplazamientos. Tienen un parking muy útil y unas instalaciones renovadas con gimnasio, una gran piscina y habitaciones limpias.

Geen vijfsterrenhotel ervaring, wij zouden hier niet nog een keer naar toe gaan.
Pros:

Positief punt is dat de medewerkers vriendelijk waren. Toch weegt dit voor ons niet op tegen de andere minpunten.

Cons:

Ons verblijf in Alanda Hotel Marbella viel helaas tegen. Wij vonden het geen vijfsterrenervaring en zijn eerlijk gezegd beter gewend. De airco kon alleen verwarmen, wat het verblijf minder comfortabel maakte. Daarnaast moesten we extra betalen voor parkeren én voor het gebruik van het binnenzwembad. Het buitenzwembad was bovendien gesloten. Op de tv die in de lift hing, zagen we dat het restaurant pas 29/05 zou openen.

Wonderful hotel and spa
Pros:

The hotel is wonderful , great amenities well thought out rooms. We are staying for Eid and it is very Muslim friendly. Staff are polite and helpful and the Spa was great. The spa staff are very welcoming. It was relaxing to chill for 1.5 hour slot for a reasonable fee. I would recommend this hotel and spa

Die Inneneinrichtung des Hotels war sehr schön.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel hatte leider einige Schwächen, die man in dieser Kategorie nicht erwarten würde.

Im Zimmer gab es bereits bei der Ausstattung erste Mängel: Die Badezimmertüre war defekt und liess sich nicht vollständig öffnen, da sie klemmte. Auch der Fernseher wirkte veraltet – Streaming-Dienste wie Netflix oder YouTube waren nicht verfügbar, was heute eigentlich Standard sein sollte.

Der Service war insgesamt eher enttäuschend. Das Personal wirkte teilweise unmotiviert. Besonders irritierend war eine Situation, in der uns unangekündigt eine Torte und Wasser ins Zimmer gebracht wurden – angeblich kostenlos. Kurz darauf stellte sich heraus, dass dies ein Fehler war, und die Bestellung wurde wieder mitgenommen. Das war unangenehm und hinterliess keinen professionellen Eindruck.

Zusätzlich waren im März sowohl der Aussenpool als auch die Liegebereiche (nähe Pool) gesperrt. Zwar gibt es einen Innenpool im Spa-Bereich, dieser ist jedoch nur gegen Aufpreis zugänglich.

Insgesamt entspricht das Angebot und der Service aus unserer Sicht nicht dem erwarteten Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels.
