Severe Issues – This Hotel Is Not 5 Star Standard - pls DONT STAY THERE!!!
Pros:

Simply said: NOTHING!

Cons:

Service Quality Far Below 5 Star Level!!!!!
Neither the check in experience nor the breakfast met even basic standards.
Both the service level and the quality of the food were extremely disappointing and in no way reflected a 5 star category.

The hotel has major Moisture and Dampness Problems !!!!!
Our room – and the hotel in general – showed significant moisture issues, including:
• water entering through the air-conditioning/ventilation shafts
• damp walls and wet floors
• a strong musty smell suggesting potential mold
• slippery, unsafe stairways due to humidity
These conditions represent a clear health and safety risk and are absolutely unacceptable for a hotel advertised as 5 star quality.

Even worse, there was no Possibility for Issue Resolution On Site!!!!
Throughout our entire stay, no manager was available.
We repeatedly asked the reception for assistance, but were told each time that no responsible person was reachable. Instead, we were instructed to submit our concerns in writing – which we did immediately after our return. After several attemps the manager responded, but no refund granted.

La Ubicacion es muy buena y la entrada y logistica tambien. Los precios son excesivos para el lugar en mi opinion.

Cons:

Desayuno bien, no es lo que espero de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Puede mejorar aspectos como tener pan integral. La piscina, no estaba apta para ser empleada. Utilizamos el SPA pagando dinero extra. Algunos grifos no estaban operativos y el espacio muy reducido. Nos encontramos 5 personas en SPA al mismo tiempo y uno no tuvo tumbona.

Great Location, Good Standards and Friendly accommodating staff.
Pros:

Breakfast is average, but good quality. Not a great deal of add ons, no fruit shots, etc…

Cons:

It doesn’t bother me, I’ve stayed here 5/6 times for the location, quality and value BUT it is an alcohol free Hotel, which would bother a lot of people.

me gusto mucho el desayuno, muy bueno y saludable, y porque todo era halal le suma mucho.

Cons:

no me gusto porque en la habitacion hacia mucho frio, y al poner el aire hacia mucho ruido, imposible dormir. Y a la hora de reservar, hemos reservado 2 habitaciones y una de ellas ha sido de mejor categoria, y al preguntar en la recepcion que las habitaciones no coresponden y que las dos son iguales, nos han dicho de que supuestamente se le subió de categoría a la otra habitación sin coste, pero nos han mentido , porque en las fotos no coresponden segun las categias que nos corespondian.

Комнаты просторные, дизайн хороший , чистые . Персонал приветливый )

Cons:

Не вкусный кофе из кофе машины в комнате . Даже на ресепшене не вкусный . Заказала эспрессо , но это было похоже на эспрессо разбавленный с водой .SPA очень маленькое , такое ощущение, что на 4 человека рассчитан.
