A/C in room was not cooling
Same sheets 10 days not new
Service at pool took forever for a basic drink
Grass area for sun beds were muddy
Pool needed water clean / change / mucky
Gym was not a gym and not clean
Breakfast was extremely poor

Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Location is a 15-29 minute walk to see front bars and restaurants, bathroom shower and baths a bit dated. Balcony had no view or anywhere to sit and relax. Lighting in room and sink area very dark.

The hotel is very clean and the room was a good size and immaculate

Cons:

I tried to request a room online as offered but it did not work. I wanted a room on the upper floors as reviews advised but when I arrived the hotel was full and we were given a room on the 1st floor despite explaining the online request service did not work. I also asked for a double bed but was told the hotel was full and all we could have were single beds. I was therefore offered an upgrade fo an extra 75euros a night. I felt in the circumstances I should have been given the upgrade for free. Location is fine but a walk to decent restaurants

Pros:
