Perfecto para una estancia corta
Pros:

Era tal cual en las fotos. La zona muy linda, tienes abajo varios restaurantes y cerca línea de autobuses y metro. El personal es muy amable, hablan inglés y español.

MUY BUENA UBICACIÓN SIN ESTAR EN EL CENTRO
Pros:

Gran atención para nuestra llegada. Ubicación perfecta para no estar en el centro y evitar problemas de zonas de limitación de tráfico, con el tranvía 2 llegas al centro en 4 paradas. Hotel con años pero q cumplía lo q buscábamos para parada de una noche

Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar zwischen zwei Bahnhöfen, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und freundlich!

Cons:

Leider waren sowohl die Straße als auch die Klimaanlage sehr laut. Ein Fliegengitter war nicht vorhanden, was zu regen Mückenbesuchen geführt hat.

It's a nice place to stay for the price.
Pros:

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore. It's not a modern-looking hotel, but that's to be expected for the price. If you're renting a car, the nearby Parterre municipal underground parking garage costs €15 per day and is just a short walk from the hotel. There's also a supermarket, several pizzerias, bakeries, and restaurants within walking distance, which is very convenient. Overall, it's a great place to stay for the price.
