Pros:

In de eetzaal “bediende” Shirley ons. Wat een topper!!! Wees heel zuinig op haar. Zo haar je met je klanten om gegaan. Zeer tevreden over haar en mede daardoor ook op uw hotel

Pros:

The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The breakfast is excellent and very generous. I think this is the first time in Europe that I’ve actually experienced such a diverse breakfast selection.

I especially loved the service. During breakfast there is also an additional menu you can order from, and the dishes are served directly to the table. The staff is very attentive and welcoming.

I will definitely return to this hotel.

Gute Lage zwischen City und Beach
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Suite in der sechsten Etage mit Blick nach Westen, in Richtung Strand und Dünen. Toller Ausblick! Die Suite hatte ein Bad mit Wanne und extra Dusche und ein zweites reines Toiletten Bad. Es war geräumig und gemütlich. Die Küchenzeile hatte einen Kühlschrank, eine Kapselmaschine und einen Wasserkocher. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter und primär in dunklem Holz. Auch das Bad war nicht das neuste.
Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Zugang zur Executive Lounge in der neunten Etage. Hier konnten wir morgens in Ruhe frühstücken und abends kleine Speisen zu uns nehmen. Abends ist der Sonnenuntergang von hieraus sehr schön zu sehen!

Cons:

Das Hotel wurde uns als 'frisch renoviert' empfohlen - das traf aber nur auf den Empfangsbereich zu. Flure, Zimmer und Executive Lounge sind definitiv schon älter.
In der Executive Lounge gab es für das Frühstück eine eigene Speisekarte, diese wurde uns allerdings erst am letzten von sechs Tagen gezeigt. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Und als Vegetarier oder Veganer darf man nicht anspruchsvoll sein - viel Fleisch, Wurst und Fisch. Und viel frittiert.

Pros:

The food was good, nice presentation and diverse.
The employees on the front desk was outsatnding, Francesca was amazin hepful due my change of booking and she did a great job.

Cons:

However the room was disapointed, the toilett has a lick that is louder annoying and waist a huge amount of water per day.
The bath still had hair all over the tube and one of the towells shows stins.
So, in general was a good service talking about the personnel, but the cleaning in the room was very dispointed.

Overall an ok stay but I didn't get the amount and quality night rest I was hoping to get
Pros:

Accessibility, parking, speedy attendance/no wait at check-in desk.
Room was nice and quiet.
Clean and good bathroom

Cons:

1) I had to wait 20' on arrival as the reservation had not come thru yet. Only then could it be processed and was I offered a room.
2) The issue was that the water container for the toilet must have been leaking as it was reloading every 20 minutes or so and that made a rather load rushing noise that woke me up/kept me awake
3) The matras seems to be a bit old(er) and there was a hollow in the matras (was a Kingsize bed but evidently comprising 2 separate mattresses.
