Cons:

Het inchecken duurde heel lang terwijl ik van te voren had aangegeven dat we een kamer met inloopdouche nodig hadden voor mijn schoonouders. Het begon met dat ze onze naam niet kon vinden. Toen moesten er kamers worden gezocht. Ik kom uit de hotellerie en dit kan veel beter voorbereid worden via een aankomsttijd en kamerplanning. Daarnaast is Engels de voertaal en is het heel zakelijk.

Bij het ontbijt moesten we heel lang wachten op een gepocheerd ei omdat de communicatie tot 2.x toe verkeerd ging waardoor het eerst verkeerd werd begrepen en daarna naar de verkeerde tafel werd gebracht.

Disappointing at best. Did meet expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Location was not an issue.

Cons:

Very misleading about parking. Be up front on the website. Room quality doesn’t even compare to the states for the same price. Some maintenance issues. Had to change rooms.

Lekker bed, mooi uitzicht en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Tot mijn verrassing had ik een bad. Heel blij mee. Alleen werkte de stop niet goed waardoor ik het badwater niet weg kon laten lopen. Maar daar werd gelukkig niet moeilijk over gedaan.

Eine tolles Hotel. Zimmer außergewöhnlich gut.
Schönes Bad mit beheizten Spiegel, Shampoo, Spülung, Duschgel, Seife und Bodylotion.
Im Schrank ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und ein großer Fön.
Radiowecker.
Frühstück außergewöhnlich gut.
Zusätzlich zu dem Buffet könnte man sich Sachen frisch aus der Küche zubereiten lassen.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Geluidsoverlast door gebruik van fitness-apparatuur op de bovenverdieping

Kamer was prima, maar ook niet meer dan dat, ondanks dat het hier een Superiour Room betrof.

Cons:

Direct boven mijn kamer was de fitnessruimte gevestigd. Daar heb ik behoorlijk geluidsoverlast van ondervonden. Denk qua geluiden aan iemand die met een hamer op de vloer aan t slaan is....constante doffe dreunen steeds veroorzaakt door rennen op loopband en bewegen op crosstrainer.....dit duurde tot na twaalf uur savonds....en om 06:00 smorgens ging het opnieuw weer los qua geluidsoverlast vd fitness.....grrrrrr
