Friendly manager and staff, clean enviroment and loved the breakfast It was real value for money.

The security upon entrance, a neat atmosphere at the Reception Area. Meeting 'Mé Keabetsoe at the reception and pumping a balloon with Bon Atchaar. It was very tasty, I hope to get another balloon with same Atchaar next time I visit. Do you know that availability of a shuttle gives a 110 percent score? Wow, it makes life so easy to explore and to travel around the city. A spacious double room with a comfortable bed. An extra warm blanket as it was a bit chillly..coffeee amenities was all a bonus for our stay.

The location was abit dodgy
The smell of the drains and also parking area is opened at night. Breakfast I rate it 100percent keep it up guys.
Kindly change shower heads to a bigger size.
The fact that I have to leave the room for ironing it’s a big no
convenient, value for money and the kids really liked the kids packages they received on check in. Located right at the mall entrance which makes shopping easier.
The ironing room can use a little bit of refurbishment. The pillows can also do with an upgrade so that the feathers stop coming out from the pillow during sleep.
