Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Wow....super friendly staff! Enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach.
only downside was that the bathrooms could do with a bit of mordernising but otherwise great place to stay and the staff are the highlight!

End of a perfect holiday in Cape Town
Pros:

Very pleasant staff. Beautiful location. Lovely big bedroom suite. Good location close to the mojo market. Fantastic pool site beds very comfortable.

The pool was very cold in May not heated.

The great employees of The president hotel
Pros:

I had a problem with the traveling agency about booking the wrong room without a view .
But thanks to the great employees Morgan with his smile and greeting🌹 and the receptionist Andeswa🌸 & Saadiqa🌸 they solved my problem by upgrading to a room with view much better .
Thanks to them making sure that the client is happy and satisfied .
And this was the beginning of my trip and thanks to them I'm satisfied 😌

Great hotel
Pros:

I have recently returned from a week staying at this hotel. I was a solo traveller and the staff made me feel very welcome and looked after me, they are all so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Imraan and also to Zufha who gave me such excellent customer service when I had to move rooms twice. The breakfast is lovely, lots of choice, though when the cruise ship guests arrived on the Sunday it was almost too much in the restaurant and very noisy. The hotel is a great place to stay when exploring Cape Town and hope to return one day.
