Great hotel
Pros:

I have recently returned from a week staying at this hotel. I was a solo traveller and the staff made me feel very welcome and looked after me, they are all so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Imraan and also to Zufha who gave me such excellent customer service when I had to move rooms twice. The breakfast is lovely, lots of choice, though when the cruise ship guests arrived on the Sunday it was almost too much in the restaurant and very noisy. The hotel is a great place to stay when exploring Cape Town and hope to return one day.

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Scenic views of the ocean and sunset.
Lovely pool and bar area reasonably priced.
Their gym however is very basic only one treadmill which is a pain and that is why I marked it down one.

racist ladies by the reception. an elderly lady and a younger lady. My requests were not attended too on time just because l was black and that caused a lot of inconviences for me because l couldn't go do other activities l had booked for because of them.
