Extremely disappointing. The basic standards of service were simply not met!
Pros:

Their receptionists and concierge were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were approachable and pleasant, and their attitude was noticeably better than what was experienced with room service and the breakfast team.

However, unfortunately, good service at reception and concierge cannot compensate for poor service throughout the rest of the stay.
Housekeeping and restaurant service fell significantly below expectations.

Cons:

The room service and housekeeping experience was extremely disappointing. Basic necessities were repeatedly missing, like drinking water and towels!

The room cleaning was also done very poorly. It felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. For the price and standard one would expect from the hotel, the level of housekeeping was simply unacceptable.

The breakfast service was perhaps the most frustrating part of the stay. The service team appeared completely disinterested and unresponsive. I am confused if this was racism as i will be more annoyed!!

You ask a staff member for something, and instead of attending to the request, they simply walk away and stand somewhere on the side as though you never ask. You then have to ask 2nd staff and even the third time — with the same lack of response. Frustrating exercise of repeatedly trying to get someone's attention for even simple requests.

Even when staff are clearly aware that a guest is waiting, there seems to be very little urgency or willingness to assist.
Booking.com should not recommend the hotel at all.

I will definitely be back!
Pros:

We only stayed for a night, but everything was incredible. The staff were amazing. It was such a seamless check-in/out process with the pre-check in forms and the food was incredible.

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

My husband was kicked out of breakfast for wearing a onesie.
The toilet backed up just before breakfast and was flooding the floor, my husband used his clothes to stop the shitty water.
And then we were kicked out of breakfast. No apology was officially made and we both felt highly disturbed by the whole situation.

Excellent Staff, excellent location, excellent ambience.
Pros:

The staff in this Hotel is simply the best. Their warmth and consideration is felt with every interaction. A true holiday destination in every considerable way.

Cons:

Hot water shower temperature could be improved by a few degrees.

Hay una obra actualmente en el hotel, la habitación que me dieron queda justo en el primer piso y el ruido es insoportable. El desayuno malisimo, no te ofrecen ni café.
