Other things was 100% good
Cons:

The room was not ready on time we waited about an hour time for the room to be prepared,on the second day we went out for Activities we came back after 6+ hours but our room was not made up , the cleaners disturbed us while we were relaxing but they wanted to clean our room we had to go out to give them space to clean up our room

Thoroughly enjoyable stay with ocean views
Pros:

Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds with a choice of pillows. Helpful and friendly staff. Large and varied breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the constant music in all the downstairs public areas.

Great location however staff could be more accommodating and friendly.

The location was great. A walk down to a beautiful promenade and witness some amazing sunsets

Cons:

The property was under renovation like repaving and stuff which made going in and out a bit confusing and time consuming at times. Also we got there at 5:30pm and our room was not ready which was incredibly frustrating. The reception team leader was not as welcoming when we arrived there. Didn’t seem to care about the delay. We ended up getting the room at 18:45. Our flight was delayed and this delay was not great. Breakfast was good however they ran out of food items each day was something such as bacon, mushrooms, scones. Staff could be better. Requested tomato sauce from waiter and never heard back from him.

Nice location and sea view with very nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Large hotel with too much noise if you want a quiet
Pros:

Location convenient with great sea view from room
Breakfast very good. Elevator nice and quick so never had to wait long. Staff try to help where they can.

Cons:

Too noisy with refurbishment going on and people around pool outside. Shower pressure low and bathroom cramped.
Room wasn’t cleaned while we were out even though sign left on door for many hours.
Gym very small and queue long for check in.

Divine, will definitely be going back
Pros:

Great sized room with a sea view and scrumptious breakfast buffet. Easy access to the beach front for long walks on the promenade with stunning sunset photo opportunities. The hotel has an excellent pool area where you get to spend the entire day just relaxing and sipping on yummy cocktails enjoying the ocean view!

Cons:

Nothing, the hotel maintains a serious level of customer service and any inconvenience or problem is resolved really quickly. Its great to be made to feel special from the time you arrive until you leave.

Slightly disappointing
Pros:

The room was great and the position is good.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the breakfast space and the food - it was like a three star Holiday Inn with overly oily mass cooked food. The bar was also pretty souless for such a nice hotel. We have been before and loved the pool area and general vibe, but that was not there in the bar area which lacked sophistication and atmosphere.
