Excellent and would recommend to anyone
Pros:

The gym, location and staff were excellent and we couldn’t rate them highly enough.

Cons:

Classic rooms were slightly small however that is us trying to find something wrong.

It’s convenient / safe / parking available / staff in general was very friendly / large breakfast buffe

Location was convenient as we had our own vehicle.
Nice views of the ocean if you get a room facing that side.
Room size is comfortable for lengthy stays, and the room space planning is quite convenient (toilet separate to shower and sink). Lounge couch, and a little kitchenette.

Cons:

We did not have quite the best experience!
Not a single pillow was comfortable, but that ended up being the least of our concern. We were put on a floor with full on construction and civil works!
The hotel is undergoing renovations/ repair works I believe in a hurry just before the official season picks up (we were there early October) which is all fine and good, but certainly not to have guests on floors with on going works!

The first few days they would put up a decorative partition, but then we were literally waking up to the sound of works beginning at 8am, and walking out of our room onto tape on the ground, and on top smelling the fumes whenever you arrived / walked along our floor.

Despite speaking to the manager on duty; NOTHING was done, and the works continued through the remainder of our 3 days (after speaking to the manager)

Not sure if it’s just our floor because of the ongoing works, but the carpet needed a major refresher

Good location and value in Sea Point
Pros:

Great pool area; good buffet breakfast; great location near shops, restaurants and the seaside promenade.

Cons:

Tha sea views are partially blocked by another building
