I spent 2 nights there, this past weekend. As quite a seasoned traveller, I was struck by several key factors: the staff are absolutely lovely (every single one), eager to assist, which is rare these days. The venue is exquisite and well-maintained. My room was lovely, clean and very comfortable.
Very well situated, safe and walking distance to The Prom. Food was great - the pizza bar serves very authentic pizza, and the breakfasts were of the best I’ve had in SA.
Well worth a visit!

I liked the excellent pre-checkin communication via WhatsApp, the fact that they organized my transportation from the airport swiftly.
Upon arrival, the bell boy was very friendly, courteous and professional, as were the front desk staff. All my requests in the room were met. I loved my bed and pillows. The breakfast was great too. I also utilized the spa services and the professionalism and courteousness of the staff was stellar.
The fact that I was not able to enjoy the hotel to its fullest. I had only one night. I intend to return and recommend The President to others.
An great hotel in the Bantry Bay. Great size rooms. Lovely breakfast, great views of the bay, really clean and staff on stand by for all your needs, nothing seem to be too much trouble. We will be back
