Indaba Hotel

Well-received service and the hotel facilities were amazing, treated like VIP's, and a sense of peace and safety was felt.

This hotel blow my mind. I was not expecting such a fabulous hotel or stay. It was our last night on a Tour holiday and what an ending. We ate in the restaurant next door and l have never had such a meal before. The whole experience was truly amazing. The variety of meats on offer fantastic as well as the entertainment. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and we sat on the outside terrace enjoying the sunshine. My tea was served in a teapot how about that. I had to have my photography taken here and thank you to the young man who took my photo. Would love to stay again as fell in love with this fabulous hotel and facilities on offer. The whole complex was well maintained

We stayed here whilst on a tour of South Africa.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
The grounds were well kept and the rooms were clean and tidy.
The Jacaranda trees in the grounds were out in their purple blossom and looked beautiful.
Nice bar area to meet up with friends.

Friendly staff. Very clean . Had all the facilities- some touches such as chocolate and nice tray of drinks.
Very reasonable priced food and drink.
Only reason did not get five stars was that breakfast was very hectic. Not sure if that’s because there were lots of tour groups leaving at the same time, but they run out of glasses and cups and clearly struggled on the day

This was my third time coming to Mowana Spa and I’ve been blown away by the service everytime. Mowana spa is the best in the country

This was a well planned spa and stay package that we booked through Mowana Spa, which is located on the property. From the booking process to the special treats and hotel room, the spa and the hot air ballooning, everything was well planed and executed. The staff is very friendly and they cater to your every comfort. Well done!

The rooms are newly renovated and satisfied all our needs. The staff is super friendly and well trained. They are proud of their jobs and what they do. It was a pleasure to deal with all of them. They act quicly to any requests or needs. The food is very good and reasonable. Can definitely recommend the hotel and will definitely stay there again.

I booked accommodation at the Indaba for an event that my friend has hosted there for 25 years - the Christmas in July event. I was promised the CiJ rate, which never materialised and when I questioned this, from transerefred from pillar to post without a resolution. Staff were uninformed and generally did not take accountability for promises made. Very disappointing.

I had a beautiful experience at the hotel; the staff are quite friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend a stay there for an experience.

Only stayed one night on a trip but lovely hotel, really friendly staff and lovely food. Grounds nice and very clean. Worth a stay.

Property is very big and well maintained. The service was great and all staff friendly and helpful. Everything you need is on the property and you don't have to go anywhere if you don't feel like it. I enjoyed my second stay as much as the first one.

Take extra clothing, sooo much to do there. Loved it !!!! Excellent food. Many friendly smiles on the faces of all the staff, right from the cleaners, way up to management. Staff seem happy with where they are working x x x
