room was a little small lighting was not the best

Breakfast !!! No eggs no muffins no fruit

The staff were rude and it smelt really bad like bleach.

Pretty rough location, looked like a homeless area. Was worried about my car in the parking lot. Took quite a while before someone greeted me to check in. Hot tub was broken down. Breakfast was mostly gone by the time I got there, and signs all over saying I couldn't take it back to my room to eat. Room needed maintenance.

Hotel was older. There were some stains on the carpet and on the wall. But appeared to be clean. Staff was courteous and pleasant.

It needs some updating.

The floor was filty they didnt sweep or look in drawers. 8 found empty beer cans in one of them. There was all sorts of garbage under the bed. 8 spilled something got a towel cleaned it up and it was bkaxk like black. So not clean but cheap

The blanket had holes,and the carpet was in a very bad shape
Breakfast was very slim

When we booked i was told there would be a crib in there for my son when I got there the lady wasn't the friendliest I asked her if there was a crib in there she told me no with kind of an attitude, the beds were super stiff my husband said it was like sleeping on the floor I didn't car it was a place to sleep lol. The room was for the most part clean there was a couple things that were ehhh

I can stay at your establishment. When I got the room I was disgusting with the appearance the chair was tore up smelt like urine in the room. I went to the desk person to let them know. He said what do you expect it's a pet friendly room. I asked for a refund he said yes I could get one, but I doubt if you're booking company will return it to you. And took the key card and said good luck.

Exercise room out of service and apparently no one working on it. Microwaved sausages and no eggs, broken waffle maker and several food items that run out regularly. A threat to fine you ten dollars for the crime of taking breakfast back to your room.

What I didn’t like was how dirty the rooms were. The walls were absolutely filthy from the previous people, the carpet had old snacks or crumbs on the floor that weren’t vacuumed before we got here. Stuff as in counters and tables wasn’t wiped down or sanitized. There were stains on the pillow cases that looked like old makeup or somewhat, the breakfast wasn’t what they had written in the description literally so many things were missing

Horrible beds with mattresses desperately in need of replacement, worn out far beyond their lifespan. Just terribly uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on. Literally only one way to enter the entire hotel, this was extremely inconvenient for my mother-in-law as well as myself as a disabled veteran. Not being able to offer us any towels when we needed them because they flagrantly/ carelessly gave them all out at the pool area without making sure they had enough for other guests. And finally, the supposed complementary breakfast. All there was, was cereal, some wrinkled up/dried up sad looking sausages (I'm guessing that's what they were?) a couple pieces of bread and a couple apples, no eggs of any kind, just a waffle maker with a sign next to it saying that it didn't work. So no breakfast actually, we had to go to a restaurant. A little shortcoming here and there is one thing, but this place failed pretty bad and outright sucks.

They do only have stairs to get upstairs. Wasn’t a problem for me but it could be a problem for some.

I didn't like the first floor I don't like that first floor and the fact that there's no elevators there's only complaint that I have and no exercise room to work out in that could be a plus if it was operational
