Nice hotel and our initial impressions were good. However, despite prepaying for the room we were charged additional taxes when we left, and also charged for wifi!
We have been on a road trip around the Great Lakes for 3 weeks - staying at 7 different hotels in various states, and yours was the only one that charges extra taxes, and charges for wifi! We even stayed at another Marriott Hotel in Corning NY, and connected to the same Bonvoy WiFi for free, with no extra charges! It’s 2026. What kind of hotel charges for wifi!? Absolute joke. My sister lives in Oshkosh which is why we were stopping there, and she will be telling all her friends and family that come to visit to stay in alternative hotels based on our experience.

The cleaning lady in the hallway was extremely friendly.
Coffee maker didn't work. Took almost 2 hours to get a new one delivered right when we were leaving the room to check out.

We have stayed here several times. In fact if we are going to stay over in Oshkosh this is the first place we check to see if there is availability. Staff are always wonderful. From the front desk to the bartenders to the housekeeping staff. The place is well maintained and the location is absolutely perfect. Will stay here again.
