Not to far from our work
On the 5th floor, there were children screaming and crying past midnight. 2 nights out of 3, around 9 p.m., when we were starting to sleep, there was a really loud banging on our doors. We tried to make the young man understand that we wanted to sleep, without success. In addition, when we arrived, we asked to change our card for payment. The employee supposedly did it. However, the payment was still transferred to the old card.
La salle de bain etait défraîchie, le tour du bain noirci. Les serviettes et draps de mauvaise qualité.
La chaleur dans l’ascenseur, le bruit sur l’étage.
Nothing
Was so bad the whole building no water to take a shower and it was disgusting. Everything was so bad.
The best part was that it was outside the city so we wouldnt have to deal with underground parking. That being said, the parking lots was super dark.
1. The Parking Lot was super dark and there were people getting high (not cannabis) in the dark corner of the lots. We managed to park under one of the only lit street lights for our safety. This was our first impression of our stay and we didnt even check in yet.
2. Going inside, it was clear that this hotel is used more like a hostel. I understand the need to house vulnerable individuals but, the hotel should not be advertised for tourists and charge over $200 per night if that is the case. One of the elevators was out of service, the floor seemed to be perpetually wet when it wasnt raining, and the other working elevator was janky.
3. The room: on first look it looked clean and updated, but upon closer look, the bathroom wallpaper was peeling and showing water stained wall underneath, the grout, faucets, and drained had black mold on them. And the whole room smelled of mildew and bleach. My partner has a mold allergy and it was immediately triggered so we was up all night sneezing and feeling like he was inhaling razorblades. The bedding also smelled heavily of mildew which gave me a migraine. It was clear there was an issue with water damage that they were trying to cover up with bleach (which doesnt work btw.) that was not just the room but the whole building. I feel so bad for the people and families staying there that have to live there because they do not have another place to go. This really reflects badly on how Canada/Ottawa takes care of their vulnerable people. I only had to stay one night, I overheard some people saying how they were there for months.
The satisfaction of the customer service with the security bagages. Thanks
Without nothing in 24 jours. The loyalty.
tout ce passe tres bien
trop de bruit avec les enfants
Hotel room was nice. The only issue was faulty tap in the shower. It kept leaking and there was no exhaust. Internet was nice.
Hotel was very smelly. You have to cover your nose to go out of the room and while entering the room.
1. Website cites "hot breakfast available". Meals are associated from a joined restaurant that does NOT serve breakfast. Remove this from your online description
2. Stairwells were littered with garbage and smelled horribly. Combination of fish and fecal matter.
3. Stairwells were necessary due to the poor performance of the elevator provided. Second elevator was out of order.
4. Access to elevators were cluttered with numerous strollers.
5. Garbage cans in common hallways (specifically by the vending machine) was overflowing with house hold garbage (waste food and diapers) till waste was scattered on the floor.
6. Air conditioner in the room had visible mold growing in it.
7. Kids running and playing (soccer and otherwise) in the hallway outside my room.
8. Despite the reservation for four people, our room had only three towels.
9. No coffee available in our room.
10. Desk attendant was very accommodating when receiving my poor review before I left the hotel, however directed me to speak to the manager who was not there.
I will be sharing my experience via email to Wyndam customer support and the hotel manager for a refund.
Nothing
entrance door to room was hell, exhaust fan in washroom not working, bee was so light that can move easily
Nothing
Everything
This place should not be operating as a hotel. It’s clearly being used as a refugee shelter, and the conditions are unacceptable for paying guests. My room had peeling walls, barely any air conditioning, and a strong odor. Kids were playing and yelling right behind my room outside, making it impossible to get any rest. There was no microwave in the room, the bathroom was old and poorly maintained, and the overall building is in terrible shape. This is not a hotel experience avoid at all costs.
Location was convenient
There was a lot of noise in the hall way
Everything was good for one night. I would not want to stay in the room for an extended period of time. The closet was way too small.
The closet. There needs to be Instructions for to use the coffee machine and change the room temperature. The prepared Be prepared breakfast was fine. The pancake machine did not work very well.
It was a homeless shelter.
