We only stayed one night to be close to airport for very early flight
Pros:

Conveniently close to Nice airport - night/early morning staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Too short a stay to comment.

Mauvaise expérience au petit-déjeuner
Pros:

Chambre propre, lit très confortable, draps et taies d’oreiller impeccables. Climatisation disponible. Le balcon est agréable et charmant. Position à proximité de la mer.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner : très pauvre. Il n’y avait même pas deux œufs brouillés.
À 8h20, pendant le petit-déjeuner, les employés étaient déjà en train de nettoyer avec l’aspirateur. Ils faisaient du bruit et créaient un sentiment de gêne, comme pour dire : « Dépêchez-vous de prendre votre petit-déjeuner, nous devons nettoyer. »
Le jeune homme est même venu me demander si je voulais d’autres croissants parce qu’il devait débarrasser et ranger les affaires; Pourtant, le service du petit-déjeuner était prévu jusqu’à 10h00.
Le deuxième jour, c’était exactement le même scénario. Je n’ai même pas pris le petit-déjeuner !!!

Patiko tik tai, kad arti paplūdimys ir oro uostas.

Cons:

Kambaryje grindys purvinos (pavaikščiojus kambaryje su baltom kojinėm - jos pasidarė purvinos), balkone stalas ir kėdės nenuvalyti, duše kriauklė užsikimšusi, durys beveik neužsidaro, tualete klozetas juda (nemalonu juo naudotis kai jis toks nestabilus).

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere altre località. Mare dietro l'angolo e centro commerciale a pochi passi. Il signor Enzo è stato gentilissimo con noi.

à refaire, bravo à toute l'équipe.
Pros:

le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et chaleureux. Ma fille a apprécié que la porte de l’hôtel s'ouvre à notre arrivée' avec les valises s'est très pratique). La chambre était très lumineuse et silencieuse. Le séjour était très agréable.

Chambre très propre, literie confortable

Cons:

Manque d'un geste commercial, réservation réglée la veille sur Booking et non remboursable par le site. Au moins le petit déjeuner aurait pu être offert, d'autant plus qu'il m'a été facturé 12€ alors que sur les brochures il y a 2 formules, une a 7€ et une à 9€. Aucune à 12€... L'accueil à la française par excellence.. on ne m'a même pas demandé quelle formule je voulais... Hop une formule qui n'apparaît nul part...... Pas commercial du tout.
