La robinetterie de la baignoire était défaillante. Après signalement, un technicien a solutionné le problème
L’hôtel a besoin d’être rénové
Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas une petite attention pour les clients qui reviennent, d’autres hôtels le font…
Le restaurant comme signalé précédemment n’a pas été amélioré

Heel mooi hotel ideaal voor een stadsbezoek.
Pros:

De kamer was heel goed verzorgd en ik had gevraagd om de kamer elke dag voor 13 h te kuisen werd zonder problemen uitgevoerd. Ik had gevraagd om een inloopdouche te hebben gezien onze leeftijd, dit was men vergeten maar ik heb zonder problemen de juiste kamer bekomen en men heeft zelfs standaard een een robber mat bezorgd tegen het uitschuiven onder de douche dit is wat ik noem service.

Cons:

De parking was enkel mogelijk als men de sleutel afgaf, want het parkeren werd uitgevoerd door het personeel. Hier hou ik niet van ik heb een erg nieuwe wagen welke een computersturing heeft. Ook was de prijs € 40 per dag niet goedkoop, een alternatieve parking was niet dicht tegen het hotel. Spijtig want dit was het enige negatieve punt.

Le caractère unique d’un ancien hôpital du 15 em siècle qui a su garder l’ensemble des bâtiments anciens avec jardins intérieurs.Très calme tout en étant proche du centre-ville. Belle piscine avec sauna

Cons:

Peu de prises électriques dans la chambre . La bouteille d’eau disposée dans la chambre à l’arrivée aurait pu être remplacée (séjour de 2 nuits). Réfrigérateur non fonctionnel. À ce niveau de prix et classe d’hôtellerie, cette attention au détail paraît indispensable
Très belle salle et buffet de petit déjeuner, davantage de prévenance de la part du personnel de service serait apprécié

Disappointed
Pros:

The room was attractive and clean.

Cons:

The coffee machine didn't work and dumped water all over the table. One of the lamps did not work. I left my medicine and the hotel was not able to respond appropriately - it was an emergency but I had to call several times and then they had only their routine for forwarding lost and found. Of course, this was completely my error but I would have hoped for 'concierge' quality assistance and this they were not able to provide.

A must stay in the middle of the city
Pros:

We know this hotel, stayed here before and coming here sometimes for a drink at their bar. The hotel is one of the most beautiful buildings in Lille, all the spaces, including the spa. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the bed is super comfortable, the staff workers are kind and helpful. The shared spaces are amazing as well.

Cons:

I liked absolutely everything- but it would be great to have a bit more fresh veggies and fruit during breakfast.
