Pros:

La qualité du lit, la décoration générale de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La chambre ne correspondait pas au descriptif de celle que j'avais réservée.
Le SPA est très décevant, hammam petit et bondé qui donne pas envie d'y aller, piscine petite et très froide! pas du tout agréable ni relaxant.

een zeer aangenaam verblijf en veel bezienswaardigheden lagen op een bogscheut van het hotel
Pros:

Het was een verrassing dat de kamer heel fris was en wij het verwarmingselement niet op gang kregen, dus dan in een frisse, kille kamer slapen.

Anders was alles naar wens, en werden wij zeer vriendelijk onthaald .

Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et compétent. Mention spéciale pour le bar et son barman (fabuleux Last Word ;)) et à l'éclaire signature que nous avons pris en dessert. Lits très confortables. On reviendra sûrement

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était correct mais pas exceptionnel (dommage pour un cadre pareil) et la mousse de lait du capuccino était quasi absente... Mais ce ne sont que des détails: le séjour s'est très bien passé !

Le personnel est tres accueillant partout bar restaurant et desk
Proximité de tout au centre

Cons:

Pas de parking. Piscine et hammam TRES petits et accueil quasi nul pour un hôtel 5 étoiles à la piscine
Douche déficiente
Il s'agit de petits inconvénients sauf la douche mais qui ne devraient pas exister dans un hôtel de ce niveau

Pros:

Beautiful historic property with comfortable rooms and spa a few minutes from Lille town centre and very close to Palais des Beaux Arts. Fantastic front desk staff.

Cons:

The spa was very busy and staff were not really on top of things but our massage was good. Breakfast was good but the dining room is too small and staff were overlwhelmed, lots of people queuing to get a table at 10.30 am.

Definitely not 5 star standard at all!!

The staff were amazing

Cons:

The cleanliness was poor. Hotel room run down. Toilet separate with no sink, this made it very difficult. We asked for milk because there was no milk for coffee, we realised they charged us. Everything very expensive compared to standards
