..Breakfast was cold and not replenished....
Room was dark
Nothing in mini bar
We always stay in 4 to 5 star hotels....this was not
Example we stayed following 2 nights in Ghent...nh collection...4 star...excellent
Send one of your staff to sample their breakfast ...they should be 5 star....also £100 a night cheaper

L'atmosfera è molto suggestiva...l'hotel, finemente ristrutturato con un connubio perfetto tra tradizione e innovazione, si trova in una posò strategica per godere al meglio della città

Le bâtiment historique , ancien hospice est magnifique ainsi que l’intérieur
Le personnel est attentionné et très professionnel
Proche d’une station de métro et les déplacements sont faciles

Cons:

Le restaurant n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel
Mauvaise expérience !
La chambre est classique , quelques petits détails pourraient être perfectibles pour ce type d’hôtel

Charme et luxe, proche du centre, au calme
Pros:

L'accueil, le fait de se "perdre" dans les couloirs, la majesté du lieu et un petit-déjeuner certes onéreux mais à la hauteur de son tarif. Tout est pensé pour accueillir dans le confort et répondre aux clients. Les personnes au petit-déjeuner étaient très aimables, conversation agréable, aux petits soins. La chambre était spacieuse et comme demandé très calme, avec une petite entrée qui garantit la discrétion. Bouteille d'eau, café, thé. Quand au lit: un nuage. Nous n'avons qu'une hâte: y retourner!

Cons:

Rien... sinon ne pas pouvoir y rester plus longtemps.

Très joli séjour authentique et historique

Les personnes à l’accueil ont été très très professionnels, à l’écoute et en partie une jeune fille dont je ne me rappelle plus le nom
Nous souhaitions manger un snack revenant d’un concert à 22h45 et alors que le serveur au bar nous avait dit que c’était impossible , elle a tout coordonné pour que ça le soit
La chambre était soignée
La piscine intérieure est un très bel endroit aussi
Et l’endroit du bar est top
J’ai beaucoup aimé aussi le côté historique de l’endroit avec aussi la chapelle

La chambre était située un peu en bout d’aile d’un côté assez authentique mais en manque de rénovation quand même
