Important information:

The All Inclusive 24h program features:
- By default, the All Inclusive starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival (lunch not included) and ends at 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure (lunch included);
- Montechoro Restaurant (buffet): breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, supper and after-hours snacks;
- Al Italiu Pizzeria (buffet): snacks, dinner. Also serves lunches in summer season;
- Alecrim Restaurant (à la carte): dinner once every 7 nights with mandatory reservation;
- Taberna (set menu): dinner once every 7 nights with mandatory reservation;
- Snack Bar Alfarroba (self-service drinks and snacks) available in summer season;
- Bars: Al Bar, Al Gharb, two pool bars from April to October;
- Ice creams: individual doses at meals and at the pool bars;
- The All Inclusive alcoholic drinks are available from 10:00h to 23:45h;
- Drinks included: water, juices, soft drinks, white/red wine, tap beer, whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, day cocktails, coffee, espresso and tea;
- Access to: Children’s Club (ages 4–12), Teens’ Club, water park (minimum height 1.20 m);
- The splash park is available from April to October for children of all ages;
- Day and evening entertainment for children and adults;
- Complimentary bus shuttle service to Pescadores Beach (Albufeira old town) 2 to 4 times per day at set times;
- The following services have a surcharge: access to the Soul Spa and indoor pool, babysitting, parking, minibar, room service, arcade machines, convenience store, laundry services, multi-sports field (except during entertainment activities), inflatables park, pedal karts, air bungee and photography service;
- Children between the ages of 4 and 15 are allowed in the Soul Spa, accompanied by an adult, during 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at a surcharge. A swim cap (not included) is mandatory at the SPA indoor pool;
- Gym: open 24 hours, with free access for guests over 16 years old.

Please note that the hotel may temporarily close any facility due to adverse circumstances without any compensation. Some activities, such as the Kids Club, require pre-booking and are subject to availability. Guests are requested to use hotel wristbands for identification; non-hotel guests are not allowed. Pros:

the personal was kind,

Cons:

The pools were advertised as being at 24°C, but that was simply not true. On Booking.com they also confirmed there was an indoor pool, which was also false.
The room was a disaster: the shower was broken, the safe didn’t work, and the TV never showed any channels. There were issues everywhere.
The food was very repetitive and the quality was not very good either.
Overall, the hotel did not match what was advertised and the experience was very disappointing.

Piscinas frías
Pros:

El personal muy amable y la comida en general muy bien, mucha variedad.

Cons:

Las piscinas estan terriblemente frías. Casi imposibles disfrutarlas al menos en Semana Santa. Una pena porque no se puede disfrutar del bar piscina. Unas bombas de calor por paneles solares quitarían este frío insufrible. Sino fuera por eso le daría un 10!!

The staff were all so friendly and great with kids.
Great selection of food and drinks.

Cons:

I wasn't overly comfortable with the location of the hotel. From our room balcony you could see alot of men meeting on scooters and exchanges were made out of backpacks.

Great hotel for family break.
Pros:

So clean. Amazing staff and they were always smiling. Goid variety of food. 24 hour food was handy especially on morning we were leaving at 4 am.
Spacious clean rooms. Always clean towels.
If you are looking for a quiet holiday this is not for you. The clue is in the name. FAMILY. It’s loud. Lots of kids even at the quiet pool. We knew this prior to booking so again not a problem.
We would definately come back.

Cons:

The shuttle bus filled so quickly we never were able to use it in the morning. Uber is really cheap so not a problem really. About 3€ to get to old town.

On hotel website it states online that a blender is in the baby room to use, no blender in the room, I went to reception to check this and they just said they didn't know and did not say they would enquire more about it.

Fantastic, will be back when our child is a little older.
Pros:

Enjoyed the food, pitch, kids club. The outdoor pools were lovely but very cold. Great facilities for all ages, especially the children age 4+.

Cons:

I would love if younger children could use the indoor heated pool as they are usually the children that need it the most. Our 2 year old was unable to go into the outdoor pools which was a shame as he loves swimming but the water was just too cold. it is a family hotel so I think adults in the indoor pool would not mind if children were in the indoor pool.

Be Back Again
Pros:

Staff always there with a smile and so helpful . Extremely patient with kids .
Pools were kept clean and activities were planned throughout the day . (Our 3 year old agrees)
Two resturants we dined in at end of our holiday were perfect way to end. Our favourite was Alcerim by the way .
Buffet was excellent with options for picky toddlers also 😂

A refaire sans hésiter
Pros:

Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse. C'est un des gros points forts de cet hôtel. Le personnel des restaurants travaillent dur toujours avec le sourire et pour certains avec une pointe d'humour avec les clients. Mon fils avait appris quelques mots de portugais, ce qui a permis un petit échange apprécié.
Nous avions pris le all inclusive plus qui nous a permis de profiter d'1h de SPA tous les jours. C'était très appréciable. Le personnel du SPA est adorable, très agréable et souriant.
La cuisine est généreuse, les assiettes des restaurants à la carte sont toujours bien remplies, voire trop, et c'est excellent.
Il est possible de profiter de tous les services de l'hôtel dès notre arrivée quelle que soit l'heure (nous sommes arrivés à 8h et avons pu prendre notre petit déjeuner au buffet)
Petite boutique dans l'hôtel permettant d'acheter bouée, ballon... pour profiter dans la piscine.
Navette gratuite pour se rentre à Albufeira.
Adapté aux familles (à éviter si on veut du silence).

Cons:

Matelas trop dur à notre goût mais c'est propre à chacun
Lit superposé des enfants bancal et grinçant.
Boissons un peu trop sucrées.
Certains éléments du SPA ne fonctionnaient pas.
Eaux des piscines froides mais normal pour un mois d'Avril.
Buffet un peu répétitif quand on y mange 2 fois par jour (déjeuner et diner)
Mon mari a été malade avec les huitres du buffet.
Peu de personnel parlent français ce qui est un peu compliqué quand on ne maitrise pas l'anglais. Mais ils essaient et font tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour simplifier les vacances des visiteurs.
