Important information:

The All Inclusive program features:
- By default, the All Inclusive starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival (lunch not included) and ends at 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure (lunch included);
- Montechoro Restaurant (buffet): breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner;
- Al Italiu Pizzeria (buffet): snacks, dinner. Also serves lunches in summer season;
- Alecrim Restaurant (à la carte): dinner once every 7 nights with mandatory reservation;
- Taberna (set menu): dinner once every 7 nights with mandatory reservation;
- Snack Bar Alfarroba (self service drinks and snacks) available in summer season;
- Bars: Al Bar, Al Gharb, 2 pool bars from April to October;
- Ice creams: individual doses at meals and at the pool bars;
- The All Inclusive drinks are available from 10:00h to 23:45h;
- Drinks included: water, juices, soft drinks, white/red wine, tap beer, young whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, day cocktails, coffee, espresso and tea;
- Access to: Children’s Club (children between 4 and 12), Teens’ Club, water park (minimum height 3.9 ft);
- Splash park available from April to October for children of all ages;
- Day and evening entertainment for children and adults;
- Complimentary Bus Shuttle service to Pescadores Beach (Albufeira old town) 2 to 4 times per day on set times;
- The following services have a surcharge: Access to the Soul Spa and indoor pool, baby sitting, parking, mini-bar, room service, arcade machines, convenience store, laundry services, multi sports field (except during entertainment activities), inflatables park, pedal karts, air bungee and photograph service;
- Children between the ages of 4 and 15 are allowed in the Soul Spa, accompanied by an adult, from 12:00 to 14:00 at a surcharge. Swim cap (not included) is mandatory at the SPA indoor pool;
- Gym: Open 24 hours, with free access for over 16 years old.
Please note that the hotel may temporarily close any facility due to adverse circumstances without any compensation.

Las instalaciones y decoraciones de la habitación

Cons:

La limpieza de habitacion a sido nefasta, ni han cambiado ni la bolsa de la papelera del cuarto, recién entradas en la habitación la mesa de la terraza incluso con trozos de comida, el espejo entero lleno de marcas y empañado, en la mampara de la habitación incluso habia marcado manos masculinas(grandes) y eramos nostras 2 chicas osea de algun cliente anterior y la cristalera de la terraza llena de manchas y de manos marcadas y la camarera de piso no se entretuvo ni en barrer ni limpiar polvos o mancha es mas nosotras fuimos las que estiramos la cama para ahorrarle trabajo osea no hizo nada solo cambiar 1 toalla ya qe estaba todo sucio tal cual dejamos antes de irnos como e dicho antes ni las papeleras cambiadas.

Correct mais ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles, plutôt un 4 étoiles grand maximum
Pros:

- Les espaces piscines pour enfants très bien.
- Le buffet, beaucoup de choix, pas de la grande cuisine tout de même, mais satisfaisant.
- la chambre était confortable
- danseurs et danseuses lors des spectacles du soir exceptionnel, mes respects à eux qui travaillent durent
- l’amabilité du personnel de tout l’hôtel

Cons:

- kids club pas adapté pour les moins de 4 ans, pas de jouet et partiellement fermé car souvent en activité avec les plus grands à l’extérieur, donc pas pu profiter de ce service
- hotel fait pour les anglais, exclusivement pour les anglais, rien que pour les anglais
- salle de sport pas hygiénique, vélo ne fonctionnant pas, sans batterie, une pédale inutilisable sangle arrachée M, un cafard qui passe vous dit bonjour, pas de petit linge pour un 5 étoile dans un fitness c’est zéro, mais y’a de quoi s’entretenir largement
- on nous prend pour des machines à argent, tu veux que ton fils fasse du trampoline, 7€ pour 10 minutes, château gonflable, 6€ 30 minutes, tu veux faire peser tes bagages avant l’aéroport, 1€ par bagage, bref sur le principe je trouve cela vraiment un peu profiteur
- je demande qu’on me confirme que le chauffeur pour l’aéroport que j’ai commandé via les services de l’hôtel me communique une facture, le guichet les appelles et me les passes pour que je leur parle…. Un nulle c’est pas à moi de parler au téléphone avec leur prestataire bordel! 5 étoiles ?
- on achète sur place un chapeau pour le soleil dans la boutique de l’hôtel, on le laisse sur le transat un peu caché, on revient et il n’est plus là, quelqu’un s’est servit, on avertit la réception s’ils ont trouvé quelque chose et la seule réponse c’est non désolé on a rien trouvé, pas de soucis de régler le vol subi. Un peu mince comme répondant pour un 5 étoiles

It’s ok, has the potential to be so much better
Pros:

Nice new clean property. Food was good, but for an all inclusive there is not that much range. No egg station etc.
Snack bar in the day was good, the kids enjoyed that.
Kids loved the slides and the football pitch.

Cons:

Pool was absolutely freezing, kids would not stay in long.
It’s loud, Jet2 are there and you know it! Quiet pool was better.
We had a suite, it’s on the corner and right above the evening entertainment which gets very loud if you have younger children.

Attractions for children such as go-karts and trampolines are only open after 7:30 PM! Absurd.

The indoor swimming pool is only open after 5 PM and for an additional fee!

Towels are issued at the swimming pool from 11 AM! Another Absurd...

Absolutely fantastic hotel we had the best holiday.
Pros:

Fantastic holiday. Hotel was clean. Staff were so helpful. The rooms were beautiful. I felt like they’d thought of everything. Complimentary towels for around the pool. Given an inflatable crocodile for the pool whilst we were there. So helpful with booking taxis. The free shuttle was brilliant. Amazing holiday experience. Food was phenomenal and the variety of drinks for adults and children.

Cons:

There’s nothing I could say I didn’t like.

A lot of kids
Pros:

They have some entertainment and the lobby looks okey

Cons:

The terrace bar is closed in winter( we were there first week of November) and it opened only 1 day during our stay. It’s really a “family” hotel. Kids everywhere yelling and running, and the food for breakfast and lunch is the same every day.

get better shows from professionals at night. shows there are very weak, Bring back Presumed Innocent show girls.

bar opposite is great and Irish bar and we went there a lot.
missed seeing good quality shows, why do hotels think its acceptable to just have entertainment team on nightly. very boring and cheap amazon costumes doesn't go down well.
we saw a dance group there a few years ago in the tent area at night, with 4 dancers and they were amazing. we had to find them in another hotel and went to watch them perform . managers need to book quality shows . we go to this hotel for day n night entertainment to avoid going out with the kids. but sadly left a few nights to go watch the girls perform the can can and abba shows outside of the hotel.
the pool was great for kids, but very crowded and kids felt a little scared with so many older kids jumping n and out all the time.
kids club was average.
reception lady was helpful and bar staff pleasant.
clean hotel and felt safe.

Pros:

Food and drinks are shocking, evening entertainment is rubbish, hotel is clean and good for the kids if the slides are open, but you have to pay for everything else unless you are all inclusive plus which is a total con, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you like nice food and drinks, definitely not a 5 star hotel, I’d rate this as a 3 star unless you live in a council flat and you have 6 kids then it’s right up your street

Great hotel for families!
Pros:

Hotel located at n a great spot just off of the strip and a free bus ride in to old town and the beach! Fab hotel for families. We upgraded to a suite and had loads of space for a young family of four.
Daily clean, which I appreciated.
Great food catering for all our allergies and dietary requirements, we have a lot!! I really appreciated the daily veggie buffet.
Easy access to all bars and my sangria fix!
Friendly staff always happy to help.
Comp meal at the Portuguese restaurant was a real treat. Such good fine dining food!
Only thing we missed out on was the roof top bar.
Next time!!
Pool too cold for young kids although it did not stop most people. Spa caters for kids 4 and up but pool deep so not quite suitable unless good swimmers.

We had such a lovely time here we can’t wait to book again! Thank you!
