Important information:

The All Inclusive program features:
- By default, the All Inclusive starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival (lunch not included) and ends at 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure (lunch included);
- Montechoro Restaurant (buffet): breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner;
- Al Italiu Pizzeria (buffet): snacks, dinner. Also serves lunches in summer season;
- Alecrim Restaurant (à la carte): dinner once every 7 nights with mandatory reservation;
- Taberna (set menu): dinner once every 7 nights with mandatory reservation;
- Snack Bar Alfarroba (self service drinks and snacks) available in summer season;
- Bars: Al Bar, Al Gharb, 2 pool bars from April to October;
- Ice creams: individual doses at meals and at the pool bars;
- The All Inclusive drinks are available from 10:00h to 23:45h;
- Drinks included: water, juices, soft drinks, white/red wine, tap beer, young whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, day cocktails, coffee, espresso and tea;
- Access to: Children’s Club (children between 4 and 12), Teens’ Club, water park (minimum height 3.9 ft);
- Splash park available from April to October for children of all ages;
- Day and evening entertainment for children and adults;
- Complimentary Bus Shuttle service to Pescadores Beach (Albufeira old town) 2 to 4 times per day on set times;
- The following services have a surcharge: Access to the Soul Spa and indoor pool, baby sitting, parking, mini-bar, room service, arcade machines, convenience store, laundry services, multi sports field (except during entertainment activities), inflatables park, pedal karts, air bungee and photograph service;
- Children between the ages of 4 and 15 are allowed in the Soul Spa, accompanied by an adult, from 12:00 to 14:00 at a surcharge. Swim cap (not included) is mandatory at the SPA indoor pool;
- Gym: Open 24 hours, with free access for over 16 years old.
Please note that the hotel may temporarily close any facility due to adverse circumstances without any compensation.

Frábært hótel.
Pros:

Frábært hótel með flottri aðstöðu, vinalegu starfsfólki og yfirburðar góðu mötuneyti. Einnig tveir aðrir veitingastaðir á hótelinu sem við prófuðum og voru mjög flottir. Sundlaugarnar með flottum rennibrautum fyrir krakka á öllum aldri. Góð skemmtidagskrá á kvöldin. Rúmgóð herbergi.

Cons:

Sundlaugin var mjög köld þegar við vorum hér í apríl.

Pros:

Rooms were very spacious and regularly cleaned. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel facilities and pools were very good! Food and drink were also good!

Pros:

Hotel was fabulous, it had everything you could want for both adults and children.

The animation team were amazing they go above and beyond to make everyone feel included and have a great time.

The food was great lots of options with something to eat for everyone. There was a different theme in the main restaurant each night.

Rooms were spacious enough but we didn't spend much time there as there was so much going on in the hotel. The views are stunning too!

Nothing we all said its the best place we have ever stayed and are already looking to book again

Pros:

Las instalaciones en general, la comida y todo el personal maravilloso. Todos muy pendientes y amables.Se nos puso un niño malito y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. Un 10!!!

Cons:

Si he de decir algo negativo es que las piscinas estan congeladas, deberian de tener bomba de calor o similar para poderlas disfrutar, es una pena porque las instalaciones son maravillosas.
Para nuestro gusto las camas un pelín duras.

Pros:

Las actividades y el personal del hotel es encantador, la piscina y las instalaciones están bastante bien también. Las comidas en general me parecen poco variadas, y demasiado repetitivas.

Cons:

Las camas y las almohadas eran un poco incómodas, sobre todo las almohadas. El spa no merece la pena para nada, me arrepentí al instante de pagarlo, no merece lo que cuesta, además de que el agua está fría. Y nos llevamos una pequeña decepción con el tema de reservar el kids club, no nos avisaron al hacer el check in y mi hija se quedó sin poder hacer las galletas.

Honeymoon destination and we will forever be grateful to have had it at Jupiter Albufeira. We have family there now. Muito bom, vamos voltar!

Great hotel and one to visit.
Pros:

Was a well located hotel, check in took a long time to get processed though. Food your fed all of the time, food is okay well cooked but not much variety between the nights. Puddings afraid personal choice were not for me. Biggest thing that lacked with the hotel was communication of where things are and no real entertainment. I would recomend the weekly mini bar upgrade its well worth it. Would I go back yes I would, however as the pool is not heated make sure to take a wetsuit.
