Lovely staff, great restaurants with amazing food. The coffee is so good. The whole place is fantastic. From the pools & slides to the entertainment for the children at night!

It is the perfect holiday for kids! They have water slides, evening entertainment with inflatable, trampoline etc at an extra costs. We upgraded to the all inclusive plus so all this was included in the price

Fantastic hotel, situated 35 mins away from Faro airport. Jet2 transfer as easy. Hotel was very clean, spacious, rooms were cleaned daily around 2pm on 5th floor- 5 lifts with easy use. Staff friendly. Bed comfy and shower was great- rooms are of good size for standard room- we have front view with was a sea view Room 545- plenty of sunbeds. If you would like poolside I would recommend heading down with towels at 7:45-8:15 as these seem to go fairly quickly. Free bus to beach, you can walk to the beach which takes 20 mins. We also went to the Slide and splash waterpark twice which was fun- 30 mins on coach. Included in all inclusive- we had two restaurants included in our stay, they will not disappoint you! Food in both were lovely- plenty of choice and unlimited which is cooked for you! The main restaurant has plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner! Lunch is available too- we used the snack bar for lunch and three meals a day is too much!! The beer is ok- local. The only let down was the entertainment in the evening- not much going on- finishes at 10pm in outside area- and inside was an organ player and disco. We went to old town 3-4 times which has changed over the years- more of a party town, however, we found some nice places to have a drink and out land night we had a lovely meal out at central station on terrace upstairs with a view of old town centre. Uber is a must to get about if you don’t fancy a walk- we walked it once which took 45-50 from hotel to old town. Uber rides are €3.98 approx with no waiting- how cheap is that!
We did tip 1-2 euro on app! Beaches are lovely, bars in hotel are well staffed up ready to take orders without queues.

Breaking it down to areas-

Food- this is stunning, the thought into different themed evenings is great, the desserts are incredible. The choice is the best I’ve experienced at all inclusive and it is labelled well, there is a separate allergen area for gluten free bread and cakes etc. the two restaurants on site are amazing, the meat selection is of great quality and the Alecim restaurant was sublime.

Family - this hotel is incredibly family orientated. If you don’t have children, I really don’t see much of the appeal of this place. It has amazing water slides, continuous kids entertainment, the entertainment team work really hard and clearly love what they do, there’s things to do for little ones (we had a 18 month old) and the older ones (we also had a 7 year old). The Gali park comes at an extra cost for non AI plus but it’s great that it’s there and provides more entertainment. There is the baby corner which we found so helpful to wash bottles (reported back that the hot water in the tap wasn’t working which was our only niggle), they supply cutlery, plastic bowls and plates, fruit pouches and yoghurts. The babies can also use the space in the kids club for an indoor soft play area to roam in which we found useful just to get out of the heat. This place is flawless for families!

Staff- they are so friendly and helpful, from a great welcome right to the end, the restaurant staff work so hard and keep on top of clearing plates and clearing the floor, all with a smile on their face. Bar staff are also so very friendly, big shout out to the gents at the rooftop bar who made our baby bottle every night!

Room- this is clean and spacious with plenty of water provided, always enough toilet roll, cleaned every day to a great standard. The little tent and baby toiletries have an extra special touch. Our view from the tenth floor was lovely. I found my bed quite hard but that’s personal preference.

Location -there is a shuttle bus but that can get quite full quickly to take you down to the main town and beach. It was only 6 euros to get a taxi there though and the town and beach are lovely. There is a strip of shops and bars galore only a 10 minute walk from the hotel though with plenty enough to do.

Amenities- facilities- this hotel is so clean, there are staff constantly cleaning. There is a quiet pool which is better for those without children or young children or the grandparents who have been roped along! It is awsy from the hustle and bustle of the main pool area although they don’t enforce the no inflatables or jumping in rule.

The swim up pool is a great facility, the pools in general are so clean, there are staff clearing up cups constantly. The hotel is well maintained, there are so many baby changing stations, toilets and children’s toilets. 24hr access gym and a beautiful spa to use.

It isn’t too noisy at night, we were situated near to the entertainment tent but the noise did not go on late, otherwise it was so peaceful and quiet. The lift system works so well for the size of the hotel,. There are so many bars to choose from, do not miss out on the rooftop bar with stunning views, food constantly available and a great choice of drinks.

We went during a a special gaming themed week and it was great fun!

There a separate stage near the quiet pool where there were animal acts on if you didn’t want to go to the main tent area.

There are an awful lot of sun loungers. If you want a particular spot then you need to reserve by 730 but otherwise you can get down there at 10 and still have a choice. You can get towels from the hotel which are large and of good quality. Some sun loungers are under a canopy which is great for having the shade witb little ones.

All in all think I have covered everything, we loved this hotel and would return without hesitation. Thank you for doing what a family hotel should do and making our holiday more enjoyable and easier wirh no hassle.

such a brilliant place, location is brilliant, 10 mins in an uber to the lovely old town, 5 min walk to the strip area with many bars and shops, as for the hotel, food was brilliant, amazing themes and variety, plenty of drink options available, pool bar, football pitch, kids areas, staff were friendly and attentive, would stay again

I cannot fault this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. All inclusive buffet was great and was told there was food available 24/7. The hotel restaurants especially Alecrim was one of the best meals I had on holiday, we had 2 visits to the restaurants as it was included in our stay. Kids entertainment, they loved it. They did a disney show and alot of time and effort went into that. The family rooms were very clean and spacious. The balcony door had a good lock on it as I was anxious with a toddler in the room. I would definately stay there again. Thanks Jupiter Hotel!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel and the entertainment team truly made our holiday unforgettable! Every single member of the team worked so hard to create a fun, welcoming and energetic atmosphere for both adults and children.

A huge thank you to Mauricio for the fantastic outside activities, and to Kath, Pedro and Arthur in the kids club who were all brilliant with the children and kept them entertained every day.

Special mention has to go to Lara and Rafa, who were absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. Their energy, friendliness and enthusiasm were incredible and they always went above and beyond to make everyone feel included and happy. They are a real credit to the hotel!

We also want to give a very special thank you to the coordinators, Damaris and George, who were exceptional from start to finish. Their professionalism, organisation and kindness stood out every single day, and you can clearly see how much effort they put into making the guest experience perfect.

The entertainment team as a whole were simply fantastic and played a huge part in making our family holiday so special. We would return again without hesitation.

Brilliant hotel, room was very airy so not hot at night, service was excellent at Alcerim, couldn't fault it. Good location between Old and New Town

Everything about thr place, top, top place with losds for the kids. Facilities fantastic.

Returned again due to previous great experiences. The hotel staff, services, pools, spa, restaurants are brilliant. You must be a fussy eater if you cannot find something to eat, or the staff cannot assist you to find something. The additional restaurants are absolutely worth it, the Italian is a must. Our experience was frustrating due to other visitors, not the hotel. Parents allowing children to run wild and grab at food. Yes, you pay for a holiday but don't disrespect people, especially staff working hard to ensure you enjoy your holiday. Our hotel experience was amazing but our experience of other visitors was poor. The waterslides are huge hit, never too busy and a hit with all ages! The bbq restaurant is a must! Sunbeds are only an issue if you want a particular spot, otherwise, you have your pick! Entertainment wasn't for us but others seemed to enjoy it. You will enjoy it, we will probably return for a 5th time.

Great kids club with varied activities - kids club was only open half day most days as there were big family activities instead - suited us but not for those who want constant day care!

Good themed food each night (other food was variable)

Less good (nothing bad!):

There is a fun park with trampolines and bouncy castle but only open from 19:30 and expensive (not in normal all inc)
Not the best evening entertainment
Very busy, there are a lot of people

Fantastic stay at jupiter albufeira hotel. The best all inclusive. Staff are excellent and very friendly and attentive. Hygiene is focussed on and very visible. Rooms, restaurant, reception and pool areas very clean, daily housekeeping excellent service, fantastic family friendly facilities, could not fault this hotel for anything. Pool temperatures 20.8C....perfect. everything was perfect.
