Jupiter Albufeira Hotel - Family & Fun - All Inclusive 24h

La ubicación es buena, cerca de Albufeira. El bus para ir a la playa es un punto positivo. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, hay mucho personal tanto en las actividades de animación como en el buffet. Las habitaciones son amplias así como la terraza y el baño. Lo mejor las piscinas y toboganes para niños y el bar en la piscina está muy bien. La temperatura de la piscina es buena.

The cleanest, best hotel by far we’ve stayed in as a family. Literally every detail is thought about. The facilities are incredible- cater for every age, our 3yo and 7yo were occupied all day every day. Food / restaurant is amazing - as a vegetarian I usually have poor choice but not here - Italian, veggie sections, salad, all the choice you could want and really good quality food. The room was large and the cleanest I’ve ever experienced. So much included for your money - food available all day and all night, drinks, snacks, ice cream machines, even sun cream on dispensers on the wall. The trampoline park / go carts are extra money but very convenient and keep the kids entertained in the evening- the entertainment was on every night which our kids enjoyed. Plenty of sun beds, good quality towels, the pool area is lively but not over crowded, plenty of games to join in with if you wish. The water slides are safe and vigilant lifeguard on watch at all times but even my little one (3) was able to go on them. Literally can’t say a bad word about the hotel, staff, facilities. We didn’t use the free shuttle service as we were only there for 4 days but it’s a nice touch to be able to visit the old town so conveniently. I had a mini facial / massage in the spa which was good value and very nice. Staff can’t do enough to help in all areas of the hotel. Definitely 5* quality . We will be back.

Entertainment fails in the evening unfortunately! The disney show was good! Cant say we went to it each night to give a thorough review!
Walk up to the new town which isnt as bad as people make out! We went to the old town and found that just as busy and carnage after 10pm!
If you eat out Divini's in the old town is 10/10!
Would recommend this hotel for families only! The slides here are also great there are 5 different slides and we had more fun on them than going to the heaving and overcrowded water park at zoo marine!

Not got a bad word to say about this place if you’re after a family hotel. The animation team and entertainment for kids is by far the best I’ve come across. Food is very good, especially the fish/seafood, place is clean, staff are all very kind and keen to assist. It’s busy of course - you would expect that for a sizeable family hotel - but having visited in August it still didn’t feel overwhelming. We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it.

this is out second visit at this hotel and again it didn't disappoint. we went as a family of 8 and had a great week! hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. we travelled with 2 members who are gluten free and they were so helpful and accommodating! so much to do during the day, yes night time can be a bit limited but we were never bored or stuck for something to do. our kids loved the pools and slides ( 3 and 5) and its great that you are allowed lilos etc in the pool! our rooms were serviced daily and had plenty of room for all of us! we enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for next summer this time for the 2 weeks, cant wait!

Great hotel for you and family. Pool entertained our 6&8 year old kids all day swapping between the water slides and large pool. Hotel is very clean and room are lovely. Seen a view reviews before we went about people being ill from food , but we ate a big selection of food and was fine. For a 5* would have thought there would be a bit more choice and some days could have been a bit warmer. Staff are really friendly all around the hotel . Would go back defiantly and would recommend.

Arrived for a 7 day all inclusive family break. After reading the reviews we were a little apprehensive about it with comments of sickness etc. However, we didn’t hear, see or experience anything at all. We used hand gel throughout just to safe guard against any potential bugs. There’s plenty around the food areas.
The food was good for an all inclusive with a large selection of dishes. Kids’ choices were decent too. We had no grumbles.
The kids’ club was a huge hit for our children. It’s on twice a day from 10am-12.45pm and then again 3pm-5pm. Make sure you book the day before on the app.
The quiet pool was a better choice for a more chilled vibe. The main pool was crazy busy with people and inflatables but if that’s your preference you’ll be fine.
Make sure you book the à la carte restaurants - they’re worth it and included in your stay.
All in all a great family holiday. We would recommend for families. Don’t take any notice of negative comments - remember people moan more than write positive comments.

Great hotel. Great entertainment for the children left for a very enjoyable holiday, they loved the water park very convenient having it in hotel.

Great hotel for families with kids, the water slides and splash zone are great.
Food in the buffet and Italian restaurant was good quality and there was always plenty of choice.
Room was a good size and cleaned every day.
There is an hourly minibus service to the Old Town otherwise Uber or Bolt are relatively cheap.
Only downside was having to pay for the go-karts, bungee, bouncy castle and trampoline beside the entertainment tent.
