Best hotel to see Seville.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, friendly efficient staff. Fabulous location. Bed extra comfortable. Rooftop bar was great. Food very good.

Generally my stay was excellent.
Pros:

The hotel location, general standard and services, and staff were all excellent.

Cons:

No coffee maker in the room and many local coffee places don’t open early.

Breakfast should be served earlier. Starting breakfast at 8am on public holidays and weekends doesn't suit tourists that have day trips to Cardoba and Granada. We normally have to leave the hotel by 8am

Perfect location for sites, shopping and tapas
Pros:

The location was ideal for us, with a short stroll to the cathedral, Alcazar, the Guadalquivir and the shops including two branches of El Cortes Inglesi. The facilities were impressive with a rooftop bar featuring a cathedral view, a quiet first floor sitting area for residents with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits baked at a nearby convent. In the reception area there is a tourist information desk, with a helpful member of staff.

Muy bien ubicado y habitación amplia

Cons:

Se escuchaban muchos ruidos desde la habitación, ducha o wc de otros lados. Como si estuvieran dentro.
Y la cama de matrimonio era como una grande individual, bastante pequeña.

Estábamos haciendo la siesta con nuestra hija de 2 años y entraron sin picar, a “traer agua”, y la habitación ya la habían hecho hace horas. Un poco raro..

Pros:

Localização excelente, visitamos tudo a pé, vários restaurantes nas proximidades. Terrace bar com vista maravilhosa principalmente à noite, com a iluminação da catedral.

Cons:

Secador de cabelos fraco, desligava a cada minuto.

Hôtel très propre, accueillant et bien situé.
Pros:

Le personnel à la réception et la facilité de pouvoir communiquer avec tout le personnel, tant à l’accueil, à la conciergerie et dans les restos de l’hôtel.
Le resto pour les déjeuners: qualité et variété de la nourriture, ambiance, personnel étaient tres bien.
Votre resto-bar au 6e sur le toit, est excellent pour la vue, le décor et le personnel. Madi a été vraiment très accueillant et nous a offert un service de classe et amical ainsi que les autres membres du personnel à ce bar, dont Carlos.

Il n’y a rien que je n’ai pas apprécié.
