The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel has real character, with a classical elegance and history that it has retained without feeling dated. Our rooms were comfortable and quiet, with a very good bed and shower. Valet parking was convenient. Complimentary water and a snack were a small touch, but added to the feeling of being genuinely welcomed. The rooftop is excellent, with good drinks and plenty of places to enjoy the views. The location is superb, close to the main shopping streets, cathedral and Real Alcázar, while taxis are quick and inexpensive.

La habitación era amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y eficiente, siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. El equipo del bar destacó por su cordialidad y excelente atención, haciendo que la experiencia fuera muy agradable
Lo único que se podría mejor es la variedad de alimentación a la hora de almuerzo y cena

Lovely air conditioned rooms with ample space. Great location so easy to walk to all attractions. Lovely roof terrace too.

Hôtel très bien placé, conforme à la description, petit déjeuner super. Personnel agréable gentil. Ménage fait chaque jour serviettes changées lit fait tout est propre.

Le bar sur le toit de l’hôtel n’ouvre qu’à 18h c’est dommage. De plus on nous a fait payé 2 fois les petits déjeuners donc 72€ en plus heureusement que le dernier jours nous avons réclamé cette erreur. Et travaux le matin juste à côté mais ce n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel c’est juste dommage pour la grasse matinée
