Very good
Pros:

Jeff and David were great, the customer service was 10/10. The hotel is simple and clean and offers everything you would need in Palm Springs.

Very quaint, modern, clean, beautiful, amazing staff.
Pros:

This hotel was way above my expectations. It’s absolutely beautiful, modern, Romantic, clean, and the staff were so nice! They even showed us around the pool area and showed us to our room and explained everything and asked if we had any questions. It is super quaint. I would go here again in a heartbeat. I wish they were a chain.

Beautifully Refreshed
Pros:

The pool was super clean and 9 feet at one end!! The hot tub also felt clean and crisp. Some citrus bearing trees around the pool. Plenty of coffee, fresh linens (photos of dark colored bedspreads are old - rooms now have nice white sheets), bathrooms are well appointed and the lotions smells so good. And it is so close to Billy Reeds so can’t go wrong.

The only issue was the cigarette smoking. There is a snaking area but it is right next to the pool. It’s an easy fix and may not be an issue for everyone. So still giving a 5 star review:)

Would not stay again because of bathroom
Pros:

Pretty outdoor area

Cons:

Lack of plugs. The bathroom and sleeping area is entirely in tile and when you get out of the shower, it is very slippery. No grab bars in the bathroom at all.

My room smelled like someone had been smoking in it and i needed to air it out for 1.5 hours.
