Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble.
Pros:

La proximité de la plage, des restaurants, du centre commercial et stations métros.

Cons:

Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre. La sensation que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que l’impossibilité d’aérer la chambre car une fenêtre était bloquée et la seconde, on ne pouvait l’ouvrir qu’à moitié.

Cons:

The front desk staff don’t know how to talk to hotel guests. The general manager needs to train them and explain that they should speak politely to customers and behave appropriately. The staff at the front desk are much more polite 🙂

The staff was very nice and friendly. Check-in was very smooth and quick. The rooms had amazing views, and the beds - the best sleep ever. Very comfy!

Les lits sont confortables mais les chambres globalement vétustes , la climatisation très bruyante.

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas aidant, tout juste sympa. La piscine du roof top est petite. Le bar et la piscine ferment à 21h.
Le métro est à 10 min de marche.

We stayed for our 20th wedding anniversary and the whole thing was perfect, comfortable and extremely friendly staff.
Pros:

Absolutely everything was perfect. The facilities were fabulous, the room size was amazing and everything was immaculate. Loved the welcome drink on arrival, very nice touch.

Tolles kompetentes Personal.Immer freundlich und nett.Prosecco in der Lobby.

Cons:

Schmutzige Tischlein an den Liegen am Pool.Zimmer könnten mal modernisiert werden.
Hatte ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen gewünscht aber leider nicht bekommen.

Mój pobyt w Occidental Atenea Mar niestety pozostawił bardzo negatywne wrażenie. Najbardziej rozczarowujące było to, że na Booking pokój był oznaczony jako przeznaczony dla trzech osób, dlatego zarezerwowaliśmy go właśnie dla trzech osób. Po przyjeździe okazało się jednak, że pokój jest przeznaczony dla dwóch osób, a za trzecią osobę trzeba dopłacić lub rezerwować dodatkowe rozwiązanie. Nigdzie wcześniej nie było to jasno opisane, co uważam za bardzo wprowadzające w błąd.
Nie podobał mi się również brak informacji o tym, że pokój nie posiada balkonu ani tarasu. Taka informacja powinna być wyraźnie podana w opisie pokoju przed dokonaniem rezerwacji.
Kolejną rzeczą był brak informacji o braku widoku na morze. Dopiero po przyjeździe dowiedzieliśmy się, że aby mieć pokój z widokiem na morze, trzeba dopłacić dodatkowe 45 euro. Dodatkowo musieliśmy dopłacić około 40 euro za trzecią osobę. To sprawiło, że końcowa cena pobytu była znacznie wyższa niż ta podana podczas rezerwacji.
Uważam, że takie informacje powinny być jasno i przejrzyście przedstawione na Booking przed rezerwacją. Brak transparentności ze strony hotelu był bardzo rozczarowujący, dlatego moja ocena pobytu jest zdecydowanie negatywna.
